Hmm, is my thinking incorrect here? ... UPS, Fedex, DHL, US gumps in congress, whoever they are, can choose what can be carried within the USA, but those laws don't extend to ChinaPost, or UK post (don't get excited though, UK gumps in gvt are working on it) while the US carriers can't open up packages to determine what is in them, before doing us the "honor" of actually delivering them like they're paid to do.......(yet).....As far as I can tell, neither can customs as the idiot-ban applies only to US carriers?
