Personally I'll take that money that I would have spent at FT in hopes of getting a package and put it to work with CASAA, AVA and the other the vape organizations banding together to continue this fight.

 Ditto. Never give up.

Last week, the American Vaping Association teamed up with the Consumer Advocates for Smoke-Free Alternatives Association to present a webinar on how and why both consumers and businesses should respond to the United States Postal Service’s vape mail regulations. Following the webinar Greg Conley sent out a follow up email saying it was a great success with nearly 500 registrations from across the globe...

Not even 500 could be bothered to take part and become more informed on what YOU CAN DO to fight back and of that nearly 500 how many were U.S. citizens...
Yeah... lets blame the politicians

I've followed Feinstein since I was in Santa Rosa doing my Lower Units. And watch here Meteoric Rise after Moscone and Milk were assassinated.

I have said Many thing about how I feel about her here on the ECF. Many got me Very Close to Time Outs or a trip to the Sin Bin. But I never said that I thought she was Inept.

She was one of the Most Cunning and Skillful Politian's in the Modern Era. If Only she had used her Skill for Good and Not for Personal Gain, I might have even been able to respect her.
Her last doozy was to introduce us to Christine Blasey-Ford on the eve of Kavanaugh's confirmation.

Kristin and Alex had a debate, some time ago, about how they don't have enough members to get anything done--too few people even bother to respond to CASAA's CTAs; let alone contribute financially.

Not to be whatever, but, I am on full disability, wheelchair bound with really only functional use of my right hand. I send what I can financially every year to support CASAA and have been active in any way that I can, including showing up at local ban hearings even when the majority of local vape shops couldn't be bothered, to lend my provaping voice and be heard on the issues we have faced throughout the years. Because it mattered to me, this is important to me. So admittedly I'm perhaps overly sensitive, and yes, given my personal situation it's irritating to me when people look to others for their own failings.

I vote against people who support banning vaping and plan on continuing to do so.

There really should be a very easy to find, easy to read, and frequently updated, reliable page (even a "sticky") that lists every, single congressman, representative, politician, etc., etc. that are "yay" to vape-bans.
(iirc, there was a page a while back... forgot where it is now though)

It would make it easier for the community to vote against them and would be super helpful, imo.

This kind of information is too difficult and time-consuming to sift through and find for the ordinary person or vaper.

Though, as others mentioned... it would probably be a super long list (and very few people that opposes vape-ban), as it was a majority vote and also bipartisan, and they don't really care nor read it at all. Better to be safe (not vote for them) than sorry though.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So what do you do in a case where a certain anti-vape politician is also pro-[insert something more important than vaping here]?

Many of us are overly sensitive when it comes to advocacy. If every vaper in the US joined CASAA--membership is free--and contributed even a dollar a month, or a few bucks a year, or whatever, we would all be in a much better shape.

From my friend Lori on the HHV thread (she would know)....

There’s more reasons to stock up on your vape supplies.

1) Some vape shops have been notified that CC companies will no longer process transactions. For at least one, the notice came midday and he was even unable to close the batch of transactions that did go through.

2) One LTL shipper suddenly issued a policy of refusal to carry vape products. Pallets that were sitting there ready for shipping are now stuck.

3) Some vape businesses have been dropped from their business insurance policies.

4) One vape shop was just notified that their transactions will be processed, but they will have to pay a $500 per month fee and the first month’s fee will be deducted at the end of March.

The crushing out of the industry is intensifying.

In 2016 we were focused on the FDA while losing the battle in the court of public opinion. That's what created an environment where this bill was eventually embraced. I wonder, had most of that early energy had been used to sway public opinion, if this shipping ban would have had broad support in Congress.

I don't know what we could have done differently that would have changed the outcome. We simply did not have the numbers to protect an activity deemed eternally evil by 90% of the general public. That's a tough nut to crack.
