OK so now that I have tried both LorAnn and TFA/TPA, I will say they both taste like gum. The TFA/TPA seems to leave a weird aftertaste, almost like medicine. So for overall taste the LorAnn is better IMHO. However, the LorAnn has FD&C Red 40 dye in it, which I am not sure about vaping.

Does the Flavorwest BBGum have dye in it? How does it compare to the LorAnn?
As far as bubblegum goes its the most like a true BG. To me anyway. Im not sure about dyes. FLV has a BG also but I would skip it unless you are planning a flavored gum like peach or strawberry.

You made me make a watermelon bubblegum.
1% Watermelon (Inawera)
4% Watermelon Candy (TFA)
5% Bubblegum (TFA)

Other than messing around with the Inawera (not my favorite alone but is strong to boost other weak watermelons) waiting for the Watermelon Candy first try shake and vape is pretty good (assuming it's not my usual watermelon mod's wick influencing things, I'll have to clean and dedicate something to take it further after it steeps).

I remember when I was trying to figure out TFA bubblegum long ago you have to play with the percentage to get it to taste right. (Don't count on my 5%, I'm max VG.) I did try 6% messing with the Inawera and cut it down.

Only 5%? LOL that may be my problem I did 18% BBG nothing else.

You can buy LorAnn without any coloring, I know I have some...... And I have used the one with the coloring and did not have any problems with it....just a matter of preference.. some people don't want any color at all and it does not affect the taste.

FlavorWest is good but to taste it you need around 15%. Trouble with that is that it continues to develop over a long period of time and (like 3-4 weeks or so) gets stronger....so you could use less and wait while it steeps or start with the 15% to vape sooner(maybe just make the flavor and add nic when you are ready to vape it. Color is faint pink and does get a little darker with time(not as dark as LorAnn).

Bull city offers all of the lorann flavors - including bubble gum colorless(according to their website.)

Bubble Gum-LA

When I first started mixing, I would make a bottle of banana, a bottle of bubblegum(from a couple of different vendors, each standalones) a bottle of raspberry and one of cherry to experience how each one tasted and played with % when adding them together. Banana really does add another level and helps to bring all of those flavors together. Problem is I lost my recipe(or misplaced it) and having been cussing myself since....so recently I have been adding 2 of the vendors bubble gum flavors together(FW and LA) and mix them to taste

Play a little...ie. I started with 15ml of banana and added from there. Caps and FA banana are good. Keep in mind the higher the flavor % used(in Caps banana) it become more of a candied type of vape. FA is more of a mellow taste.

Hope this helps.

:)

How is the bubble gum mix going? Did you pick up any colorless LorAnn from BullCity? Just curious....

:)

OK the colorless has officially been ordered. I also picked up some FW-Candy Watermelon and a couple of different sweeteners including Cotton Candy. I'll make up a few different mixes when it all gets here. I also took advantage of the Memorial Day sale at nicotineriver to pick up 500ml of Nic base and 500ml of Nic salts.

Tips for watermelon:
Pineapple. I don't know why but that was an early suggestion I got to make watermelon better. Tiny amount.
Cucumber. My own addition. It's obvious to me being a gardner. A tiny amount.
Other watermelons. I touched on it above. Some watermelons are too much rind, green, candy, etc. Blending them can get what you want. Or a strong one can bump a weak one while keeping the notes of the weak one.

I was a sucker for watermelon because that's what I accidentally quit with. After getting burned by 3 right off the bat I've grown distrustful.
