happy w my orders from Nude Nicotine but now find out they're not shipping :(

BTW: As far as I know, NN is still shipping it's just that their freebase offering is severely limited and the largest they are selling is 50ml bottles (and now all they have is VG, no PG). That makes them very expensive seeing how a liter is supposedly only $75. But since it's never in stock, that makes a liter cost actually $160 since you have to buy twenty 50ml bottles @ $8/ea. to get a liter.

UncleJunkle, I previously went to your great list of retailers still shipping (and will use for other needs, thank you) but got scared off by the 1st line saying concentrated nicotine base must be diluted. I used to order unflavored nicotine base already mixed w/PG, VG but here's my very personal problem: I have a condition called Essential Tremor and now both hands shake a LOT, so I don't think I'd be able to mix my own PG/VG into a nicotine base. What I'm desperate to find is a reputable source for unflavored nicotine base already mixed w/PG, VG, who would ship to me in the US. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for your time

This is most unfortunate, esp. in the current state of vaping. Where approximately in the world are you living? Are there vape shops nearby at all? I'm wondering if it wouldn't be worth your time to visit them and ask, if you were to bring in nicotine and VG/PG, if they'd be willing to mix it for you. They might charge you a small fee, but I can't imagine it would be much.

What mg base did you buy from NN all this time? Delosi sells various mixes of "premix" nic base as low as 3 mg and up to 100mg. ;) They have 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 and 100mg.
NicBase Nicotine Liquids - Delosi Labs NicBase - NicBase

I believe Nicotine Giant also sells in various lower mgs as well.

Under special circumstances like yours, I agree that you would not be wanting to handle 100mg and diluting it down yourself. The list was made for those looking to stash nicotine for years/decades though, so the highest mg would be best so as to save space in the freezer.

That blurb at the top of my list is referring to 100mg (aka 10%) nic base, so that newbies don't think they an vape that out of the bottle. Nic base retailers have this bad habit of calling nic base (or nic concentrate) "eliquid", but it's my belief that the term "eliquid" should be reserved for liquid that is ready to vape.

Z-Lee, that's a great idea and there are a few shops selling vape stuff near me - they seem funky but it's definitely worth a shot. Now on to my next task of searching for unflavored nicotine base (from a reputable source) and suppliers of VG and PG. This is all so time consuming, but absolutely worth it to never having to go back to nasty cancer sticks! Also changing my Mood Chooser to hopeful.

I haven't really been keeping up after having purchased nic, but is Heartland Vapes only selling to businesses now?

Is this a new feature on Facebook?

Heartland has a consumer site. It's called Hempnetix - CBD Products. They no longer sell nicotine, but they do have PG and VG, plus some flavors.

UncleJunkle, my NN purchases were for nicotine base 6mg/ml, 70VG 30PG - last order was 500ml for $15 plus $8.65 shipping. I now have a pending order on Delosi (thanks for the recommendation) for the same combo as from NN but they only have 50/50 PG,VG (would prefer 70/30 for smoothness), for $4.47 but $16.29 shipping, for only 120ml (in case I don't like 50/50). I'm willing to try this, even w/the high shipping.

However, based on your comment of

, and my wish to have a 5-10 year stash - assuming I can find someone in the S.F. Bay Area to do a custom mix for me (I'd provide the ingredients & bottles) - I'm now very interested in a 100mg purchase (vs. my NN 6mg). I currently vape about 3-5ml/day so would you kindly help me calculate how many bottles of 100mg I would need (I tried your calculator link but clearly I entered bad info because it gave me ridiculously high bottles to purchase)? Thanks again

Too funny, and no, I'm not a FB fan - the Mood Chooser is for this ECF site (see right under my avatar, now showing "thinking")

@curious8 do you have any family or friends who could mix for you? I also have a tremor, yours may be worse than mine but I use a funnel and mix in a 16 ounce bottle. Place the bottle in something that will hold it tight then you only have to hold onto the funnel, if anything. Wear gloves and be prepared for any spills.

Assuming you are vaping 6mg juice at 5ml per day, according to the calculator link, you'd need a little over a half a liter of 100mg for 5 years and a little over 1 liter of 100mg for 10 years.

But let's say you can't find someone to mix it down for you so then you have to do it yourself. Because of your tremors, you could play it safer and buy 24mg nic base instead. This way you would need a bit over 2 liters of 24mg base for 5 years and 4.5 liters of 24mg for 10 years. If I were you, I would go this route as it's not that many more bottles in the freezer anyhow. You could even go with 36mg or 48mg nic base if you want to take up less freezer space than 24mg would take up. Still MUCH safer handling for you than 100mg base.

WOW, thank you, thank you, thank you UncleJunkle! You have helped me so much and definitely made my day. Your reply was so clear and concise, not to mention kind. I now have a clear direction to move forward and renewed energy for further research. I so appreciate your time and valuable posts!

This is a perfect example of why I love ECF and glad to continue being a supporting member. This site, and the wonderful posters (for the most part), have literally saved my life - 9 years ago I was smoking up to 3 packs/day (sometimes more) and since vaping, I have never had another puff of nasty cigarettes, nor any desire whatsoever to go back to smoking (it wasn't easy but was doable). It's very sad that the US is overly focused on preventing youth from smoking, to the detriment of adult vapers' needs.

Before you go and buy your whole nic stash, head over to the DIY section, tell them your story about how you want nic base that's much weaker than 100mg due to your tremors, and ask what would be the best nic base configuration you should buy to mix down to 6mg at 70VG 30PG the easiest. I'm not good at doing that and I have no idea what calculator is available to figure that out.

Sadly, family is far away and most of my friends wish I didn't vape. I've used funnels somewhat successfully in the past (in kitchen sink), so I'll consider following your advice, assuming I can find a reasonably priced nicotine base that won't break the bank if I spill it. Approximately how long does a 16 oz. bottle last you and how many ml do you vape/day? And do you know about how long nicotine base can stay in the freezer and remain effective? Please let me know if I should move this post somewhere else so as not to continue hijacking this Vape Mail Ban thread.

I vape such a low amount (3mg or less) and I haven't calculated how much I use per day but that 16 oz base lasts me for a couple years at least. Best to follow the calculator to determine how much you use in a day I think.

As for freezer life, I have some that is 10 yrs old and it is fine so I am not worried about it.

One other thing, I mix over a bowl so if a spill should occur, it can be poured into the bottle from the bowl. I only spilled it one time, I just go slow and try to be very careful.

    Are you sure?

I just went all the way to the payment page and no mention of anything.

Someone mentioned in a thread a couple months ago (when I suggested they try heartland because I thought they had started retailing nic base again) that after they made their purchase heartland sent and email stating that they are wholesale only and that they would be happy to ship the order if they can provide documents needed to prove they are a retailer. Otherwise the order would have to be refunded.

The only thing you can buy on their sister site Hempnetix is non nicotine stuff like flavors and bottles...and of course their CBD. You can also buy VG and PG there but they have been out of them for a long time now. I think they have VG liters now, but that could change quickly. Their bottle selection is also very lacking.
