B2B isn't banned. :|

It Isn't. But if the "Big Three" don't want to be involved, and if the USPS is only going to allow B2B on a Case-by-Case Exemption Basis (not exactly a given at this point), then in practicality, there pretty much is.

But some wonder how much will Any of this Matter after September 9th?

Because unless the FDA can do a Whole Lot of Magic, not much is going to be Legal to be Sold in the US anyway. And that is Kinda a PACT Act non-starter.

I Haven't heard anything about the FDA/CTP having any desire to go back to Court and asking for More Time. Or even if a FDA Commissionaire will be Nominated by Sept 9th.

pff..I only just found out about this Ban after waiting 1 month for Canada post to deliver to me in Netherlands and trying to find out why was UPS and DHL no longer available from Canada(Dashvapes) -> Netherlands

UPS was here in a week

Now its stuck at border since 26 June with Canada Post and still no word on anything.

Shops, websites and products in NL suck.
Netherlands also went through some heavy regulations. Websites cant even show you picture of the damn product.

Show images or photos of products
Show drawings or contours of products
Show colors of products in any way
The national government says the following: From January 1, 2021, tobacco products and related products may no longer be displayed in online stores (including with videos). Links to other websites with visually appealing features such as images and videos of tobacco and related products are also not allowed.

No. It seems like such a waste, why bother having costly rules when they're ignored?

I don;t look at the Adult Signature Charge as an Adult Signature charge. I see it as a PACT Act surchrage that might result in a signature being required upon delivery. If I were a retailer, that's the way I would label it on my chopping cart.

"PACT Act Surcharge (Adult Signature Service will be used but carrier may or may not choose to collect)".

That's on your delivery person not those who created the rule/law, if they are ignoring the law and it upset you like this report him/her for it. My postman is a stickler for getting signatures, I wish he wasn't, it's a pain in the @$$ having to be here for adult signature or having to go to the post office to get my package if I miss him.

I guess the way I look at adult signature required is it should be, it's an adult product. And, honestly, this is the way it should have been handled, period, as it is with all other adult only products you receive via the mail, versus an all out vape mail ban that forced a lot of shops out of business.

It doesn't matter YoursTruli. They will just say it isn't enough and just ban it all for the children. While the children will then just get cigarettes like they have for decades. They are available at every street corner. Maybe they can't get them themselves (some can), but their 21+ year old friends can for them. I know because my smoking underage niece told me so.

When a one of the richest humans on Earth, Michael Bloomberg {who do you think is paying for all those anti-vape ads?}, has taken it upon himself to destroy an industry 'all of tobacco in almost all forms including vapes' and has no one, no government to answer to, it is just a matter of time before tobacco prohibition becomes a reality. If they got away with doing this back in the early nineteen hundreds, when maybe half the population used alcohol - Think about how much easier this will be with tobacco and of course vaping, when percentage wise not nearly that many people use tobacco {as compared to alcohol}. Bloomberg and his "Bloomberg Philanathropies" are in heat - They sense weakness and are moving in for the kill. Bloomberg contributes much money to many politicians and how much is unknown - But all I'm saying is government is 'bought and paid for'
Maybe they are right in blocking political discussion on this forum, especially when there is no political solution to bought and paid for politicians - But I do think we should all stay aware of the Devil, Michael Bloomberg, trying to burn us !!!

Michael Bloomberg Isn’t a Smug Technocratic Centrist. He’s Something Far Worse

B2B may not be banned for USPS when and if the ban actually goes into effect, but the private carrier "bans" are for all shipments, even B2B. USPS is more expensive when it comes to the larger and heavier packages so it's a big deal to retailers.
Where can I buy vape supplies now ?? Help!
