Has anyone ever had there package lost? I just reordered it again.. I hope i get this one. So what happens if i don't get my first order? Does the USPS have to pay me back??

If there's insurance on it, yes. (answered by my mother who works for USPS)
I find it a bit hard to believe they just "lost it" though, with all the tracking they do on packages now.... good luck!

Well I know it is stuck in Toledo..It's been in Toledo for about 5 days now and hasn't moved.. So yeah i don't know if they lost it but i want it bad.... lol
You paid for it,call the company and tell them you didnt recieve it and ask them to send another one.I would be very upset if I ordered and paid and recieved nothing.
Keyzy is right. Just call them during office hours and and give them the tracking number. They'll start a search. It happened to me once and the USPS eventually found the package. Good luck.

Can you give the USA office a quick call with the order info? They will contact USPS who will initiate a search on the package. Telephone number is 941-761-9425 and they are open 9am - 5pm EST. If you don't manage to get through to an advisor please leave a message and someone will get back to you.

Yes i called and they are starting a investigation. I did go ahead and order another one. I just hope that one doesn't get lost too.
