I was raised southern Baptist with heavy catholic undertones (talk about confused lol), I consider myself an atheist now. I have had OBE a few times. I attribute it to being 'more aware' of myself and surroundings, abilities and what could be. - no judgment.

Left the Church and Religious Beliefs behind long ago........Not Atheist though. Just do not Accept any Specific Translations of Definitions of Meaning. Man is not that Smart.

God, Higher Power, Supreme Beings, who knows but I would think we are a Failed Petra Dish Experiment abandoned for better projects.

i watched many men quote 'god',, seems god was always more empowering men and women got the blame for sins,, snake and the apple thing,, then all babies born with sin. then as time went on,, men didn't seem to have a supreme responsibility to be good to their families / neighbors..........just the fact they were born male made them supreme.

then I wondered why god never signed his works/word,, instead he let king james give us his version (relative to the events of the day 400-500 years ago,, basically a step above caveman era)

when bad times would happen,, drought/plague,, ww2/Nazi's/jews,, todays ISIS etc,,,,,,I am sure that 99% of those people called out to god to save them. - god didn't save many of them (most people don't even know that a lot of non-jews died in the holocaust ,, 6mil jews/5mil others)


meantime,, I watched mother nature provide and take away every aspect of life providing elements. she provides food, water, storms, plagues,,, every thing. life.. all babies were born of a female,, that's why the female animals on farms are more protected/valued. sure you can sell a steer for a lot of money,,, but in the end,, its the female you have to protect. (you can have 20 females,, but only need 1 or 2 males of any given animal).

now,, none of this is to say that I am a male/man hater,, heck no,, I love men. they are important,, wonderful people (and animals). I just see more benefit to honoring mother nature with respect than a god who may or may not show up in my time of need.

For many years my "higher power" was Jim, Jack, and Johnny. But of course that led to my higher power becoming The Judge. Finally I found that there really was a he/she/it that could do for me what I could not do for myself. While I have no clue what he/she/it actually is, it doesn't matter ... I just know that it's not me.

What I do find funny however, is how many people let a silly little three letter word (God) prevent them from ever experiencing it.

I think God, the Creator, Allah, YHVH, Wakan Tanks, etc is infinite.

The finite can't understand the infinite sort of like an ant and human being able to understand one another.

I believe the infinite twaches us spiritual truths according to our level of awareness at the time.

I am straight as the day is long, but I except those of other preferences,, its not my job to 'get it' or understand it',, in fact I don't think its any of my beezwax.

dying,, some people are dead when they are alive,, how horrible! I think we pick our destiny to some degree,, wherever you find your own piece in the afterlife.. provided you have that view.. if not, maybe you turn to dust.

I watched Elon's video the other day,, about his views we are all just pawns in a higher beings 'video game'.. lol,, he may be right.. I think about cryogenics, time travel,, and all kinds of stuff I am no where near educated enough to talk about.....but I still wonder about them

As long as everyone is a consenting adult it is none of my business what they do.

I'm not going to Judge them because i am barely qualified to Judge myself.
