how do u fun 540F with 70watts? isnt it with joules? correct me if im wrong because im new to TC mode..

I spent most of my weekend trying different builds on my single coil crown deck. To avoid a burnt hit, I'm stuck at 30 watts, without a full inhale, on a .5 coil, while keeping it completely upright as to not pour juice out of the airholes.
Try this S wick build. I dribble some juice on the KGD to shape the S wick before I install the cap. Don't look to closely at my crappy spaced coil. I was just practicing

You should be ok at these settings. I am using Dna devices which use W not J. The yihi chips mostly use the J convention. I do have another Ni tank running on an IPV D2 at 50J and high temperature. No issues at all.
I wouldn't worry too much about dry hits. Best to just experiment to see what you like.

i have already screwed up 3 coil heads... i dont wana risk another.. can someone who is using or have been using the ni200 coil heads tell me whats the recommended range please. thank you very much
According to the Product Specifications: the black foldout card that comes with the Crown pack, Ni200 Temp control dual coil 0.15 Ohm (150c - 350c) = ( 302f - 662f ) quite a range to choose from.
I have used 50j on very similar Ni coil heads. I would suggest starting at 25j and work up from there.

How do you guys store your tank? I try not to put the crown sideways just in case it leaks, but other than that i'm struggling to find something to hold it except in a cup...
I prefer the .25 in power mode over the ni200 in TC mode myself.. I get a much better vape with the .25 at about 65-70w..

My local store only has the 0.5ohm coils, I've not used them yet, are they worth buying? I've been using the 0.25 ohm coil at 65w and the vape has been excellent.
