y'no Mary, tattoos are a funny thing. some people can handle them. i know a woman who's fallen asleep while getting ink on her arm. me on the other hand, i swear they're using a razor blade to carve it into my skin! the last time i had work done, i was squeezing the inside of my thigh to distract myself and actually left a hand shaped bruise. i hate it. but, my buddy is a tattoo artist, and insists on adding to that piece when he sees me. it's the only one i have. it started as a band around my arm, that he did in his living room when he was just beginning, and his friends were to practice on. now he owns a shop of his own. fortunately for me, its in another state. if he had wanted to become a baker, i'd have just gotten a cake!
