Yesterday and today have been incredibly long and frustrating. Guy hit the driver side mirror on my truck last night at work obliterating it. 2 hours wasted with the police, then had to rig it with some make do parts for now so I could see.... Both the side and blind spot mirrors were taken out...

Guy was driving a rental truck who obviously had never driven a truck before BHam sir. He came flying down the bridge with his side view mirror over the yellow lines, I couldn't move over any because of a car beside me, and bam. His mirrors popped back to the window, mine instead of doing the same remained fully out and were destroyed....

That stinks, Morandir. I can't tell you how many times I got "mirrored" in the UK. Things are a lot tighter over there.
jj's grandbaby made her appearance today. I'm sure she'll be here to give an update at some point. Everything is fine.......she's (baby, not jj
) on a oxygen for a bit, lungs not fully developed I think, but should be ok. I'll let her fill us all in when she's back here.

Welcome Kasia...you'll find a lot of great people here. Morandir enjoy the beer and an easier day on Friday. I do have to share...finally traded my 2003 Tahoe tonight for a 2011 Chevy Traverse and I'm so excited. Many have made fun of me for not trading my Tahoe sooner but I just loved that vehicle, it was like leaving a friend at the curb tonight. It was however starting the nickel/dime effect and time to trade. It's hard to put the money out..but a reliable vehicle is a must. So now tomorrow will be spent checking out all the buttons etc. to see how everything works

GD is doing fine and I got to hold her yesterday! The only time that I willing gave her up when it was feeding time.
The adventure continues when baby, mom, and dad go home tomorrow. Son gets two weeks paid off so he will be there and that is certainly a blessing!

JJ so glad to hear they are all doing fine. The only problem our daughter is having is the little one doesn't like to sleep much so mom is just tired. Her mother in law is coming to stay for a week so she'll get caught up on her sleep. They live in Chicago, that is why she is staying longer, can't just bop down for an evening visit like we can. I'd better get my rest today as we'll have the two year old from about 1:00 tomorrow until Sunday night
