I totally forgot to let everyone know that punching cartos is pretty darn easy. Ray's punch does the job well, and I can even manage doing it by hand, without a screwdriver or wrench. Anyone holding off on punching their own cartos hold off no more - If Vince can do it so can you.

Heavy vaping? Dunno how else... carto gets hot from my vaping so I trade it for another and rotate them. One I could not unscrew to add juice, when I pulled it hard and got it out, I found the black drip tip is melted

That was the first thing I noticed when I started using cinnamon. The tips went first, since they are in constant contact with the juice. I use stainless steel and glass drip tips; ceramic works too.
The black drip tips that come with just about everything are polycarbonate. The liquids melt acrylic and Delrin too (I was told it didn't melt Delrin, but I did some research and it does). I was also bummed out to discover "Tru Stone" probably isn't safe. I was looking at some beautiful tips, but with some digging I found that "Tru Stone" is crushed stone mixed with a acrylic resin. It might be okay, but with the cost of those tips I don't want to risk it; Plus, it has crossed my mind that vaping something while it is degrading is probably not a good plan.
Are you sure about the Delrin?
I know many places on the international webistes say the drip tips are Delrin, but in reality they're just acrylic. I was under the impression true Delrin is okay.
The cinnamon will melt most drip tips. I would guess at some point the tip came in contact with the juice.
Only metal and Delrin can withstand the "tank cracker" flavorings.
I have considered getting drip tips custom made from polypropylene, but I think it would be cost prohibitive for me to get a mold made and then meet MOQ's.
I still wish you'd sell pyrex drip tips, though I imagine they're a pain to acquire.
Actually, Lorann's "Oil" flavorings aren't really named well. Here's a clip from their website:
"A Little Goes a Long Way with LorAnn's Super Strength Flavors! Our super strength flavors, also known as candy oils or candy flavors, are not oil-based and contain no vegetable oil. The term "candy oil" refers to a type of flavor that is concentrated and undiluted. These flavors are 3 to 4 times stronger than grocery store extracts. When substituting for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. 1 dram = 1 teaspoon (approx.) "
So I've always been very confused about their flavorings. I actually have no clue if their "cinnamon oil flavoring" is the same thing as cinnamon oil.
