Congrsts ogfish!!

Okay, my night is done... I got LOTS DONE! Now I am vaping some old DV Toffee Sugar Cookie... been steeping for 2 months... smells DELICIOUS... but I taste nothing and the 18mg nic burns bad... At 6w I start to taste *something* then my nose starts burning like a mufo and I have to stop... oh well, going to cut the nic by mixing this toffee sugar cookie into some tiramisu...

That's a nice tank, I'm diggin' the gold! Gold tip from Ray too?

@ Ray, if you see this and you have a sec, could you tell us what order # you're currently working on?

Thanks much!

No, I got that tip from somewhere else, but it matches the cap great.

Ok, troubleshooting question! My 3ml capped polypro is leaking from the bottom cap, where the cap meets the polypro tube.... It was real bad at first, but has slowed down now. Once my juice level gets lower I may try a different tube. When I unscrew the screw to release pressure it leaks again. Bad seal? Bad o ring? Suggestions? I do think in the cleaning process the caps wound up on an older and more well used tube, but its still in good shape. Thanks!

Yeah to be honest with ya I'm more interested in the physics of what's happening than annoyed at it LOL it doesn't logically make sense to me for the leak to be where it is. It was rinsed super well and dried overnight, I don't do "full cleans" like that unless I switch flavors, which I was, generally if I'm just swapping cartos I'll leave it be. What gets me is because I am having to release pressure I'm quite sure I've got a good seal. I'll play with it and figure it out and report back. Not gonna lie, when the juice ran low I refilled it instead on swapping the tube, just so I can further observe. The leak now is minimal. I'm thinking the issue is the tube, not that its bad but that I think this tube is from one of my grommet tanks, hence I think there may be the slightest bit of wear on it from reworking the grommets, hence its having a harder time creating the seal with caps, and a now minimal amount of juice is working its way under the o ring and hence escaping where the cap meets the polypro. I find the tube "loose" as well in that I can easily spin it without moving the caps at all, usually it takes some minor effort to spin the tube on a sealed tank. Once I change the tube I will let ya know if it corrects the issue LOL. Leave it to me to find that wierd random issue lol. Too bad I don't have that luck with the lottery :) lol

Hey DreamingButterfly81, you have some citrus juice in there? I made some lemonades [strawberry, peach, & blueberry] that were DELICIOUS, but they leaked out of EVERYTHING! I finally had to mix them with more PG and combine 'thicker' juice.

As far as the grommets or o-rings getting out of shape, I boil water and soak them in it [with the tank, clearo, whatever] and then let them dry. I have made a punch in the wrong place previously and it affected my grommet shape... after the hot water bath and drying it was fine!

JR I also prefer the screw on the bottom!
(that's what she said)

Why's your 7ml crooked!!!

Was not screwed down all the way.

Can ya tell me why you like the (THUMB) screw on the bottom?!?!!! I'm new at this tank stuff! Thanks!! :)

I do it so I can fill it upside down so I don't flood the carto.
