2-Got off work early, I have done one trip to Kosovo, 4 to Iraq and 1 to Afghanistan, I am ready to spend a little more time at home with my family now.. Is this his first trip?

So has anyone put off all their Holiday shopping until today? Some members of my family do so every year.

#3 on 12/24/2012 - Holiday shopping is 2 stops for me, 1st stop for ceramic piggy banks and 2nd stop at the bank for crisp new bills... I have one piggy bank left, so everyone has gotten their gift and all I need to do now is call everyone on Christmas day.

As soon as the bank sends my new credit card for my online acct. I'm getting one of those Pyrex tanks. Some looser in RI tried to use it but little did he or she know I keep no money in it. I move money there when I make a purchase and have it set up so if there's no money in it, no money can come out. But the bank wanted me to get a new one anyway.

@ GlassmanOak - I've got the next magnificent week to relax and then back to days until interim is over. I don't like bouncing from nights to days every interim, I like working nights and getting off at 7AM to do whatever I need before I sleep.

@ Bill - Good idea! I've already cooked my Christmas turkey and divided it up for the freezer. I've been eating turkey for 3 days already, so I am thinking of making enchiladas today, out of turkey, of course Chinese & pizza crossed my mind, but I have so much food here, I can just make something... sheesh, I even have pizza dough and a hamburger, mushroom, & onion pizza topping mix already cooked, I just need to put it in the oven!

That IMO - More people should try . . . Just sayin' . . .

None of "Us" buy anything for each other for the Holidays until after Christmas when EVERYTHING Goes on SALE for 50% or more - usually 75% off . . . Then "We" exchange gifts . . .

The Only Way To Have A "Sane" Holiday - If "You" Know What I Mean . . .
