I ordered 2 ss. I got tracking this morning. It took a couple days for the tracking to work, but is now.

Thanks mmikee for the quick reply. So it only took 4 days from order until tracking number.

Well I think I've seen enough. I just checked again, and after 12 days, mine hasn't shipped. Guess I'll start my Paypal resolution process. I've never had to do that before, so that will be a new experience as well.

That stinks. Although it does say on the website that the tracking may not work at all until it gets into the destination country, and sometimes not at all.

Two things:

#1 My order information on the vapor break website was never updated although I got an email from Vapor Break with a shipping notification and tracking # (so check your email and especially your spam folder.)

#2 When I got the shipping email, and copy and pasted the tracking # into the Track17 site, it would always add a space at the end of the tracking # so that track17 website would say there's no record. Once I deleted that space it showed the tracking information. Also, as other's have said, you can also paste that into USPS.com and get tracking info.

Jigsaw, chances are your Vamo shipped. If you do a paypal resolution you might just ask them to have the vendor contact you about the shipping info, I don't know how this works though as I've never had to do it. I did notice on my last order from Vaporbreak if I go to my page there and look at the item it shows it didn't ship but I did receive an email with the tracking #. Also if you go to your order page and the item and scroll down there is a place where you can ask a question about your item I believe, if that works I don't know but maybe worth a try. This may be a good idea, didn't know one had that long to dispute. If I didn't get my order within 30 days or so I would make the claim.

yup i just double checked now to make sure i was correct. The cut off time is indeed 45 days. Hence why i recommended 25 days because it usually takes them 4-5 days to ship. Another 20ish days to get to the US, so i feel that if he were to file a claim at 25 days. It would give him a week or so to cancel the dispute if he receives it.

I did start a Paypal resolution process. They had me leave a message to Vaporbreak, so I included my order number and asked for a status update, and asked when it was shipping. Now they have a chance to respond to me. I have 18 days to either close the resolution (meaning we settled this between us ok), or I can escalate it into a claim...and at that point, Paypal is the judge and jury, and they make the final decision who gets the money.

So there is still time for Vaperbreak to maybe investigate why my order has been overlooked and for us to reach a good ending. If the fail to respond or I'm not happy with the response, I always have the option at any time to make the claim in the next 18 days. Once the 18 days is gone, nothing can be done and window is closed.

I've been careful to watch my spam folder, and I haven't seen any emails about my Vamo shipping.:( I think my order might have come just at a unlucky time when they were having problems with the new workers, just before they were let go. So my paperwork may have just been at wrong place, wrong time.

Hopefully the notice from Paypal will prompt them into finding the problem. I hope so.

Hopefully you will get your issue resolved and all that happened was that they did not send you a tracking email. Remember to follow paypal's rules for the claim properly so the other party(VB) can not call you out for it. Seeing how VB is horrible with emails, im afraid they might not even reply to the paypal email. Best of lucks though

I think you're being a bit unreasonable. You placed an order in the middle of literally the WORST week for Chinese production. Not just for e-cigs - for everything. Every single factory is closed, and most don't open back up until at earliest last week, the latest being this week. I ordered something (repeat business) from a very reputable company on Feb 1st and it just got shipped yesterday. You have to keep in context the volume of export that China does. Vaporbreak is presumably just a re-seller so when he runs out, he has to get it from a factory that's currently trying to fill thousands and thousands of orders - most are probably much larger than "Can I get 20 Vamo's please?". That's the way business works in China. It's just not the same here. If you wanted fast shipping and american style customer service with a pretty bow on top you should have spent the extra 20 bucks and bought US.

In any case, I hope everything works out for you. Paypal is really good in dealing with resolutions, so in the end I think you'll be ok! Best of luck.

A few of us ordered during chinese new years and have already gotten our shipping confirmation. I got mine after 4-5 days of them going back to work which was the 13th. Hence why he was worried.

I appreciate your comments blackHelix. As I commented earlier in this thread, not sure if you read back that far, but I did order another Stainless Vamo from SmokTeck and it was delivered the next day, and I'm very happy with that.

My point of concern, was that I was noticing other members here ordering before and after me, and most everyone getting confirmation emails, and shipping update emails sent within just a couple of days or so. I've been waiting for 12 days, and I haven't had any updates on the website or email. No response to any of my messages sent either.

I agree with you, it's the worst time to order from China. But I would expect the orders to be processed in the order they were received. It gets a little uneasy hearing about people ordering over this past weekend the same model I ordered, and they have already got shipping notices. Thus, I felt I needed to start the Paypal resolution process. I hope everything works out ok, and I believe it will. My bet is they will get it shipped out soon.

One additional note, I noticed on the Vaporbreak Facebook "Fan Page"...someone made comments that they had a good long chat with Min, and they explained to him, their orders had been overlooked, same situation as mine. Min promised that he would look into his order and other orders like his, that have been delayed. So that looks promising as well...good to see.
