Wow. Pages of replies before I could get back online! Thanks!

I went ahead and snagged the iTaste MVP from 101 while it was cheap. Of course, this does not provide the batteries and charger that I planned on using to tinker with mechs down the road.

As for tanks, as a few have asked.. I currently have the Protank Mini 2, and am awaiting the Protank 3.

I still may grab that Segeli... It really appeals to me.

Personally, now owning both, I'd say the ZMAX V3. It's a solid build, easy to use menu's and generally feels better to me. I've used it little over a week or so.

My VAMO V3 arrived today and i've been using that so far... It's construction doesnt feel as sturdy as the ZMAX, its a little longer and the buttons wobble when you shake the device....

Vamo!! no, no, Zmax for sure!!! no, no, no, SVD!!! yeah that's the ticket!! No, no, nemesis clone with a kick 2!!! yeah the best of both worlds,!!! no, no, Provari! I'll just save up and buy a Provari!!! No, no, hmm and SID!!!! heard great things about it!!!, no, no, a MVB V2, or was that MTV? I get sooo confused, just so many options, ahh I know, a telsa!!!! No, no, hmmm

Dude, you did the research and comparisons, we all had to make up our own minds. Make up yours! Make a decision and go with it. What ever you chose it will be better than an ego. Then you have to go through the whole process with an atomizer, cartomize, dripper, rba, rda, bottom feeder, ahhh, I can't take the pressure!!!!! Hit, stay, double down, it's up to you.

Damn, I need a vape!! So much pressure!!! Now I can't decide which device to use, you've got me so confused!:vapor::vapor::vapor::vapor::vapor: ahh, much better. Decided to vape first on the Nemesis with the Aqua rba, then promptly picked up the Provari with the Fogger V2 rba. Better change them out and try the Term-C and the Russian too, don't' want them to get lonely. HTH

Yeah, I think I'll get the ZMax, or the Vamo.. but maybe a Lavatube. Not sure if I should go mech or VV/VW since the iTaste is only forty bucks. Of course the K101 is also only thirty five for the kit. Maybe I will try RBAs. Of course, the cartos sound like a great plan, but I haven't tried them yet. I use BCCs, and have had good luck until the wicks fail and flood the battery. Maybe ViVi Nova styles, with the rastaman looking wick cluster.. jah rastafari!. Of course, with the wide range of vendors, do I want to order all from one place to save on shipping, or should I spread it out amongst the great deals, and eat shipping costs here and there. I don't want to order directly from China, as I am more about shopping local, and I think that many of these online vape shops, unless they are huge, are really small operations with slick websites, I know this is true for at least two of them. Well.. I agree, this stress has me wanting to vape. At least I have my PTMini2 on an ego spinner...

I had a zmax sigelei for a week and the button on the circuit board was moving upwards. It was dry firing and randomly going into menu mode. It went over to mean instead of rms at one point and immediatly fried my coil. Just picked up the vamo today and so far happy. Only time will tell

I have both and PERSONALLY prefer the Sigelei ZMAX over my VAMO...the V3 Zmax that is...It looks super slick, the machining is great and depending on what vendor you purchase it from you get both end caps for the different battery sizes...to this day the ZMAX telescoping feature on an APV is beautiful...18350 mode and the seams line up perfectly...no rough edges whatsoever. The menu can be a little frustrating with the single button as opposed to the multiple button but once you get the hang of it, it is great. I will say I have noticed my Zmax is more fragile than my other APVs...SVD, VAMO, and ProVari. Hands down the SVD seems the beefiest...like if my batt was dead and I was getting mugged I could beat the hell out of someone with it...steal the muggers battery, and vape away with it...

Here we go.. ugh. Now I want them ALL!!!! Such a hard choice. I did order the iTaste MVP 2.0. Not sure how happy I will be with a box mod, but the features for the price it was what I snagged (around $40 for the kit through 101).

I think I will still be shopping for a tube mod. Too bad American made=3x end user cost. I understand why, and even disagree with the politics as to why. Basically, I would rock a Provari if I had a job (currently unemployed). I am back to the point of this being more expensive than smoking... but I have enough juice, heads, tanks and now mods to satisfy me for a month or more... which happens to land right around Christmas ;)

Of course, I get impatient, and adopt new hobbies with fervor, so I think it's time to start getting into rebuildables.

I still want the ZMax.

What about the Kamry K100 or K101? I see the kits cheap, and like the styling. For $36 I can get the mod, battery, charger and a few cartos. Then I would have the battery and charger when I wanted to check out other mods, mech or otherwise.

I own several kamry 101's not bad for the price and feels good with the pinky button. But then I'm a fan of the pinky button. Hands don't work real good and it's easy to lock and unlock. Springs not so stiff that I can't fire it when arthritis comes to visit. ;)

spawnsharks,

lower your shields and surrender,

failure to comply will result in destruction of your ship,

resistance is futile.

But in all seriousness, yea, your not saving any money, give it up :p
Once you find a setup that makes you happy then you can start saving some, maybe, but its going to take some time and if there was a one-size-fits-all solution then there would not be so many options out there. I got my sig and my vivi-nova minis look a little silly on top of it, so I just ordered a regular size glass nova and a Kanger Pro. Give me another month with those and I'll probably be buying a couple RBAs and a mech. Month after that, probably a really pretty mech and another RBA, then RBAs till I find one that I really like, lol. Luckily, your set up and you have stuff to fall back on if something goes wrong. Back-ups for back-ups. Good luck.

Yes, the spring loaded pin on the Tesla is one of the better selling points of it to me as well. At the beginning, I screwed down my vivi nova's too tight on the vamo, and it pushed the center post up on my vivi's and wouldn't fire after a while too.
With the Tesla, I don't have to worry about it.
The Vamo was picked at so much, that after a while the soldering broke inside the head and i had to re-solder the firing pin back on. I know that this is going to happen again in the future so the Vamo has fast become my secondary standby mod. Other than that the Vamo is a great mod and similar to The Tesla. IMHO the next step up from The Tesla could only be a Provari but I'm a long way from having the funds. For a $75 budget The Tesla is one of the best mods out there. A bit quirky with the configurations of the buttons but I'm willing to live with that
