Oh Cheeky so sorry to hear that you are not dealing well today I know what you mean....since I found out earlier today that it was official that my car was declared a total loss...me and the hubby went car shopping. Getting in and out of all of those cars...a couple of test drives...ugh my back was screaming at me and no hot tub available. I think I'm going to go sit in a hot shower for a while...I really want to go to the casino but with the cars I'm lookin at I think I should probably be keeping my money in my pocket

I thought I have it narrowed down to 2 cars but then I get online and see others around the same class/price and now I find that there are a couple more that I need to go look at. But I have to say most of the sales guys were great, once they found out I was in an accident the hard sell went right out the window, but they still wanted me to test drive

Oh yes Chrissy, I have to agree with Reidus DJ stuff is grand too, I ordered about 13 small sizes of stuff and liked them all!

In the last month I have spent over $600 just on batteries, mods and liquid. That's not to sell. That's for me to vape. I've been doing this for a living almost 4 years so you can imagine how much stuff I already have and how completely unnecessary that was. I can't help it. They keep coming out with cool stuff I want.

Luv, I'm glad you managed to salvage your Zoe. A suggestion for the future; you might want to invest in some amber glass bottles for LT storage. I"ve noticed that my Mountain Oaks juices (which I've had for like 3 months or so) aren't nearly as affected as some of my other juices. I'm putting it down to their bottles. Speaking of salvage, I've finally figured out what to do with all my little bottles of juice that's now too strong (18mg or higher). I'm using them to add a touch of flavor to some of my milder juices. Example; right now I'm vaping my Divine Cheesecake with a splash of Dragon's Tears, giving me a Strawberry-Dragonfruit cheesecake. And it's not sending me into a coma! And I've ordered some Vanilla Gorilla from ECB to add to other juices as well.

Wonderland - My newest favorite. It's a bit odd - Chocolate tobacco with a hint of plum and pomegranate. Yeah I know, but it actually works. This one (and to a lesser extent, Peachy Keen) benefits from steeping.

I'm also trying 2 new ones: Cherry Cherry Bang Bang - Maraschino Cherrys, Banana in a caramel RY4. One review said it tasted like a banana split minus the nuts
I'm also trying Crispy E-treats - Apparently it's like a Rice Krispy treat.

Checkin in after a couple days. Thanks for all the advice on flavors. My goal this afternoon is to place only 2 new orders for new juices. I'm giving ECBlends another chance with nicotine this time. Then I am tossed between 3 vendors for my second order. I have a choice of samplers from Mister E-Liquid, Heather's Heavenly Vapes, or Alice in Vapeland.

Aside from the 2 orders specifically for juices, I already placed an order this morning for a new battery, a new tank, and some new blank cartos.

Reasoning for purchases....I needed another battery, two was not enough considering I was hanging out with friends yesterday and did not have an opportunity to charge. By mid-evening, I was unable to vape due to my batteries being dead. V4L had a great sale on a triple set that included a battery, a tank, and a 30ml bottle of juice for $30. I could have just bought a battery for $24, but for six dollars more....it just made sense.

I also needed two boxes of blank cartos because I made a beginner ooops...... I had my first attempt at cleaning my cartos and discovered a big problem and had to trash all that I washed. I live in a place with really really hard water. After boiling them for due time to get them clean and drying them, they were a mess from the hard water build up on the inside and outside of them. I didn't even think about the hard water, but it happens. I will need distilled water from now on when cleaning.

Congrats on the new purchases! Regarding batteries... at some point you may (will) decide that you want something longer lasting than what you currently have, or that you want a PCC case - when you do, let us know, and we'll help you pick the right batt (or PCC) for you

we've all made ooopsies with our cartos, but I think you're the first to claim hard water casualties lol I have hard water too, but I use the syringe method, probably why it's less of an issue Love that you'll be using distilled water from now on (I love how we pamper our vape stuff lol)

For your 2nd order, my vote goes to DeejStuff, only because I'm really never disappointed with his juices!!!! I've always ordered 200% flavor (no extra charge), and then adjust with PG/VG for my daily preference (my taste buds change from day to day, plus when i was still allowed nic, it allowed me to vary my nic without losing flavor ) He makes great juice, this week his Caramel is on sale for 1/2 off (new juice is chosen each Sunday to be 1/2 off for the week).

If not deej, um.... I vote for Alice only because she's clever & awesome lol

Since I already placed an order with Alice you could always chose another vendor (maybe Mr.? Havent heard of him and havent tried him) and we can trade reviews!?!?

Ok, so I did my shopping. I was tossed between Mr. E's and HHV. So, I got a sampler from HHV including Mayan Apocolypse, Huntsman, Gandalf, and Parrothead. Then looking at Mr. E's, I decided what the heck and purchased Grey Matter, Arnie Pullmore, ...., and Pumpkin Spice.

I'm a big fan of sweet tobacco flavors, but I usually throw in one or two flavors that are outside of my norm. Plus, both Mr. E and HHV have fair priced 30ml bottles at around $12. DJ's and Alice's were around $15. I want quality liquid for low prices. Stupid budget....I loath thee!

I'm so excited for my orders to come!

After these orders, I plan to at least wait a few weeks before I purchase the next bunch.

Cheeky: Thanks for the offer of helping me figure out my next step up when I'm ready. You will be the first person I talk to. I really love my VK and all that it offers, but I have no doubt that in a few months, I will need to move up in the world of vaping.

Mythus: I will totally provide reviews if you will!

On a side note, I'm so glad I decided to join the forum. No one I know in person vapes, so it is great to talk to people who do and appreciate it the same way that I do.

Hi lizards! A quick update; I'm postponing my trip for a day. One of my colleagues passed away yesterday and I really ought to attend his funeral tomorrow. It's at 1:00, so I'm torn between coming home and changing and heading out and waiting until Tuesday morning. I guess I'll decide based on how I feel after the funeral.

Thanks, Mac. We weren't especially close; he was an adjunct in the department rather than a full-time professor. But we taught the same classes and he was good guy. In a way, it's a blessing; he had terminal cancer and has been going downhill for around 6 months now.

So sorry to hear about your colleague Reidus. Take traffic patterns into consideration as well as how you're feeling - if you'll hit a major city right around rush hour, it might be enough to make you wait until Tuesday morning!

I feel for you if you are a little hurting today. Yesterday when I was doing my juice shopping, I was exceptionally hung over. In fact, I remained feeling hung over all day yesterday. I blame the tequila. Same situation, BFF who loves her margaritas.

Hey Mac, that's just for one day? Genius!

I travel a ton for my job. I'm usually on the road at least 3 weeks out of each month. I am currently looking for a convenient way to take all of my stuff with me. Right now, it is just a makeup bag. One side is a sealed plastic that I carry my juices in. The other fabric side holds my chargers, cartos, and spare batteries.

I can pack clothes and supplies for a 4 day trip within 15 minutes no problem. But packing for my vaping needs usually takes 15 minutes alone because I can never decide which juices I absolutely must have for those 4 days. Hopefully this will get easier as I settle on 3 or 4 all day vapes to keep me content. I just don't want to leave home without all of them, but sometimes we must make difficult decisions.

Question for all my awesome vapaholics is....
I need to leave my stuff in the car for a period of time and it is the middle of summer where the inside of the car can get well over 110 degrees. I try to keep it in my center console so it is protected from direct sunlight, but really, it still gets darn warm in the 3+ hours they are left in there without air conditioning while I'm doing visits. Once I'm at the hotel, I leave my liquids and charger there, but still obviously must carry my batteries and loaded carts/tank for use. Once again, I can't take those into my clients' house, so they get left in the car in the warmth during those visits. Can heat like that hurt my juices/other vapor gear?

Funerals of any sort are difficult. Death is always hard, but cancer does make it a blessing sometimes.

Mmmmmmm Margaritas!!! Love them too. And I feel fine today. The worst part was having to go out first thing this morning and pick up my car, which I left in a little town about 15 miles from here. Thank goodness it was still there in that parking lot and the owner of the furniture store didn't have it towed! Had to set a good example for hubby, who is off golfing today with his buddy, drunk Bob. Yeah, you know what that means!

Aaaaaah Mac! You're a guy after my own heart! Looks a lot like my little carry case when I head off to work.

Chrissy.. that's a good question about the heat in the car. One I don't have an answer to. I think the juices and stuff are fine, what I'd worry about is the batteries. I think I'd throw any batteries in your purse and leave the rest. And I know what you mean about packing for a trip... takes no time at all to throw some duds in a suitcase,, but that vaping gear? I tend to take almost everything I own!!! What if a battery dies? What if I spill juice? What if,,, what if,,, what if???? I like to be prepared for anything. I'd fer sure be smoking again if I didn't have my vaping gear!

I forgot to mention,, yesterday was my 8 month vapaversary... YAY FOR ME! And I talked to my son last night (he laughs at me a lot when I'm tipsy) and he's still going strong with his Ego-T... but he's having a bad tastebud day. He said all of a sudden he couldn't taste anything, and he hated the ECB stuff he just got. WHAT???? How could you possibly hate anything you get from ECB??? Bad taste buds, we all go through it, they'll come back. DON'T throw those juices out.. let em sit for a while and go back to them and they'll probably taste different. Very happy that he's still going with it, though.

So I got that purple E2 I ordered from the alpha program. I'll try to get a pic later if it's not too busy at work. It's not purple either,, it looks pretty blue to me. I charged it up and I'm kinda reserving judgement on it right now. It doesn't have the power that my Twists have, obviously. I'll throw it in my pocket and see how it does at work tonight.

Speaking of which.. I gotta go! Happy Monday everyone (ugh)
