Chrissy - Take those batts with you! If you need a bigger purse or briefcase, buy one - you dont have to bring the whole mkeupcase with juices in, just the batteries - they get way too hot in the car, and you don't want any avoidable problems! You could get get a smaller makeup case that slides into your bag to carry them in

Great advice! I have a small carrying case for the batteries that prevents accidentally pushing the button, so I will make sure to slip it into my bag when going into my appointments. Thanks a bunch! I'm leaving for my travels tomorrow and hopefully when I get back on Friday I will have all of my new stuff (all 4 orders) in the post office waiting for me. Friday afternoon will be a vapaliciously delightful time!

I placed a small order for wire & wick from CarolineVapes last night - their shipping is surprisingly reasonable, and I've heard great things about them - wish I'd needed/had the budget for more from the site, but they don't carry DIY flavors & I don't need any more hardware!

It feels so strange to admit that I don't need much right now - I'm back to having a ridiculous amt of premade juice (and more coming!), plus a gallon each of pg/vg & enough flavoring either here or on the way to make thousands more ml of juice.... I have 20 some tanks, plenty of batts, APVs, etc, drip tips out the wazoo, cartos for a year, atties (just tried an HV atty - 4.7ohm is a whole lot of ohms for me - may wind up selling those), etc - it almost makes my now rather strict budget an okay thing (definitely won't be going without!!!), but I do miss the days of packages arriving nearly every day! Trying to verify a few things that could potentially boost my vape budget back to what it was a few months ago, i which case I see at least 1 Phidias burl mod that will accommodate a Nova tank with a matching Sagewood tip making their way to me - they will either way, it just may take a bit longer and require me to be a good girl (or try for a trade on the classies, which is entirely possible!), but no matter what, I don't need to acquire any more anything for a while! sheesh - talk about hoarding!

Reidus - since we haven't heard from you today, I'm guessing you decided to head home today - hope you had safe travels & get Mama Reidus back on the vaping train

So that's the new Apollo E2 I got from Gotvapes. It's a 900mah batt, with a 6ml tank. Looks more blue than purple, right? In the right light, it's a deep purple, but really looks more blue to me. I don't know what kind of voltage this thing puts out, but I suspect it's no more than your every day Ego. My little meter won't register on it. I charged it up and took it to work with me last night and it lasted all night and most of this morning, so batt life is pretty good. See those two rings on the body?? They light up.. there's a red and blue light in there that lights up when you fire it.. you know us girls love a little bling! Wasn't real thrilled with the tank at first,, but decided I needed to give it some time to break in and now it's performing pretty well. The first few hits were pretty awful,, no vapor, no flavor.. but now it's pretty darn good! And you know me and clearos.. we don't usually get along well. Even my vivi doesn't impress me much, but that could totally be the juice I put in it. So I kinda like this little thing..well, not so little I guess but it fits in my hand well. And it's good as long as it fits in my pocket at work.

Have to go make hubby the dinner he requested.. today is our anniversary.. 8 years. It's a disgusting concoction but he loves it so I make it for him. Besides, I owe him for coming out to get my sorry drunk ... the other night

Mornin all. I'm postponing the trip yet again; Mom doesn't want me driving home today; she says the weather's supposed to be horrible today, lol. I guess I'll have a lazy day; I'm packed up already so I'll just get ahead on getting thiings set up for next semester.

Chrissy, you definitely don't want to leave your batteries in a hot car for an extended period of time. It's like I've told people who mentioned exploding ecigs; batteries are a type of energy storage device. Gasoline is a type of energy storage device. Both of them do bad things when they overheat. My b-in-law had his flashlight battery explode in his glovebox; hell, my nephew's car battery exploded on a hot day! As far as juices go, it'll darken and discolor them, and make them thicker I think. Why don't you get one of these:

Luv - Your new rocket looks pretty awesome, love that it has bling rings
As a ViVi Nova lover, I have to ask which version you have (I can't remember) - I know V1 sucked, but I have V2 (with V3 coming soon!) and I can't wait - it's the first clearo I'm consistently happy with (using the 2.4ohm head). I"m not fond of either the 1.8 or 2.8ohm heads though lol I'm going to try a different juice with the 2.8, but I think I'll just be rebuilding the 1.8ohms to be 2.4ish. My long winded point is to give the Nova another chance with one of the newer versions if you haven't already (and if you still hate the new version lemme know lol)

Spending today on the recliner (I know you're all completely shocked because I'm normally running around turning cartwheels /sarcasm), trying to recover from my attempt to nap on the couch yesterday - huge fail neck wise, but OMG did it feel good to stretch out my lumbar & the rest of my body! I miss snuggling with my wonderful, supportive, loving monkey in our nice, cushy bed, but the day will come again soon (and then I'll be back to the recliner for the lumbar fusion lol)

I think sometime this week i might try to empty all of my many tanks, clean them, then refill & label each of them. I know a few of them still have nic juices in them, which is great when I'm a dangerous crabby mess, but I'm not sure WHICH tanks have nic (or what juices they all contain), and if I need little nic, I have small bottles of juice with nic stashed for dripping lol Also, Iron Monkey loves Green Monster, so I usually just have a puff of his 6mg or combine his 6 with my 0 for a little 3mg - i.e., if we're out (which isn't often right now, so this generally happens at home), and I'm having a meltdown, he just hands me his PV filled w Green Monster and then holds my hand - he's a good monkey Not sure how I lucked out with such a patient guy, but I'm grateful for whatever good deed I did that to deserve him

Awwww Cheeky, I hate that you still don't feel good. Sheesh, you have such a long road ahead,, I hate to think of it! You're still amazingly upbeat most of the time, though. I label all my tanks.. I bought little sticky labels and cut them in thirds so I end up with a teeny tiny strip of label and they seem to stick to my tanks pretty well. I've got 7 or 8 tanks going all the time, so I have to do that or I'd have a surprise every time! The vivi I have is a 2.5... it's better than the first one I had and maybe I just didn't give it enough time, I'll try it again. I think the Zoe I put in it was the problem. It was so darn thick. I've since thinned it out a bit, so I probably give it another try.

The disgusting concoction... do you know what Shepard's pie is?? Casserole, hamburger, corn and mashed potatoes on top. I love the stuff, just like that.. nothing fancy, no onions, no nuthin but meat, corn, potatoes,, REAL mashed potatoes. Now hubby, he likes it the way the nuns made it in the catholic school he went to. Hamburg on the bottom with a can of tomato soup in it..niblets corn on top of that (it must be canned niblets, nothing else will do!) and then instant mashed potatoes on top of that. ACKKKKKKK! Disgusting!! So when I make that for him, I make a REAL one for me.. nothing like cooking two dinners at the same time! But really, it's truly disgusting.

One of my converts is stopping by in a bit,, he wants a car charger for his batts and I've got a couple laying around that I don't use so I'll give him one. If I need to charge in the car I just plug into the USB ports I've got.

What kind of weather are you getting down there, Reidus??? It's gorgeous up here.. in the 70's, blue sky, no humidity. It's about as perfect as it gets around here.

I'm fine here atm. Mom's got storms though, which is why I'm grounded, lol. Love your new device btw. I'm also a big Shepherds Pie fan as well. I cheat though; instead of making mashed potatoes from scratch, I get the pre-made mashed potatoes in the refrigeration section. Add a bit of milk or cream and some butter and it works just fine!
I haven't labelled my tanks; so far I know what's in all of them. Well that's true for my Stardusts only because I've emptied and cleaned most of them.
Cheeky, glad that you have something that works for you. I've resisted getting a recliner so far; I'd never get out of it, lol. Mom spends every afternoon napping in hers while watching her soaps; anytime I'm at my sisters, her recliners act like a tranquilizer for me.

Okay, I'm placing my order with Heathers. I have to admit, I didn't really enjoy their juice, other than Just Peachy, Double D Watermelon and to a lesser extent Island's dream at first. Now, after letting it steep I finally see what y'all enjoy about the Pineapple Mango Smoothie and the Menthol Ice. So my question:
Does anybody have a discount code for Heathers?

BTW, I just got off the phone with them. Turns out they don't actually have a B&M; they work out of a shop over their garage. That said, I'm still planning on heading over on Monday to pick up my order, once I make it.

I was just about to head out and had enough time to stop in.

Cheeky: I cover 1/4 (5 counties) of the state of Wyoming (which is big) in providing services to low-income individuals with disabilities. I work primarily with individuals with physical disabilities due to accidents and age-related ailments. I help them get in home health services if they need it, installing assistive tech like shower chairs, grab bars, etc, and big home remod projects such as ramps, stair chairs, and such. I also help them with the hoops they have to jump through to get their services paid for even if it means buying it for them from my program. I'm a hippy social worker who loves individuals with disabilities. Totally empowering people to be independent is my heart song.

To all: I already packed my vape stuff for the trip this week and managed to force myself to choose only 2 juices and the tanks that accompany them and a couple of ready to go cartos. I found a smaller makeup case that can easily fit into my comp bag on visits, so I should be able to carry all of my stuff into my appointments without concern about possibly damaging my juices, batteries and such in the hot hot car. Thanks for the advice on protecting my batteries. I would have been an analoging sad Chrissy if my batteries failed me on a 4 day trip.

Wow! That's amazing! I've never seen anything vaping related on TV. I hate that it's an e-cig commercial though. We're never gonna be safe from government intervention until we get vaping disassociated from cigarettes. I try to point out to anyone who'll listen that the only thing vaping has to do with cigarettes is that the nicotine we use probably came from a tobacco plant. That's like saying baby bottles should be subject to the gasoline tax because they're both petroleum based.

Howdy my friends!!! CONGRATS Luv!! Just a quick check in this morning....I'm dying to tell you that I got my package from Alice yesterday..LOVE their cards...I'll have to take an pic and post tonight. But more importantly I tried the juices and right outta the box most are great!

Cupcake City...YUMMYY...I don't care for a straight vanilla juice so I've stayed away from all vanilla cupcakes vapes...But this one received great reviews and it was only 3mls so I thought what the heck...Its soooooo yummy just like biting into a vanilla cupcake (more cake than icing).

Lemon Loves Cake... This one reminds me of those simple frosted lemon cookies...and I love those so this is WAY GOOD!!! I really like the tartness of the lemon but you could certainly add sweetener if you wanted but I don't think it needs it!

Lime (forget the actual name)...IMHO...it is the best/closest Key Lime Pie flavor I have come across...great mix of tart/sweet! I don't know that it is supposed to be "key lime" but that is what I get out of it and its simply lovely

Crunkberry...YAYYYY so happy!!! This one is just fun!! A lot like Captain Crunch Berries or Fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA cereal....

These others I'm going to leave for a bit to see how they do or see if I can spiff them up a bit:

Creamsicle: well just like the name says..but to me its more orange rind than orange fruit a bit too bitter. Thinking I may be able to jazz it up using a vanilla or maybe sweetener or maybe just letting it sit a while to mellow out

and

Oooooh Chrissy, if only you were here in Florida! I would invite you to come fix me up! Long story that the vapaholics who've been around since the beginning are aware of, but short version is that I'm 33, had a tumble on a wet staircase, completely destroyed my back, had 3 level ACDF surgery 4 weeks ago tomorrow, will be having lumbar fusion in the next few months, probably followed by Right SI fusion & possibly Left SI fusion. Wheeeeeee! Anyway, love that you're a hippy social worker who loves helping her patients live independently - completely awesome

Awww...I so hope it turns out. That is the one flavor in the Alice playlist that I really really wanted to be good. Maybe a good steep will meet the requirements to make it as oreo as possible. Oreos are a big weakness in the world of dieting. 10 lbs down since I quit analogs and unhealthy eating 3 weeks ago. That is the one flavor I miss the absolute most!

Cheeky: Heyya, just cause I'm in Wyoming doesn't mean I don't understand how your life must be so different since your fall. If you want to chat about anything you used to be able to do and can't anymore, I can totally brainstorm some solutions for you. DME (durable medical equipment) is pretty standard across the board and there are some totally wacked out ways to fix the little things and even crazier ways to fix the big things at little to no cost. PM me if you want. I would totally love to help if I can.

To all: So, I remember there was a mention of helping me out when I need to expand my vaping needs. I realized today that I go through an entire battery in 2 hours of traveling. I travel up to 6 hours at any one time and this just will not do. If I recall, there was a mention of advice on a PCC? My 3 batteries from V4L are KR808D-1s. They have a PCC for $25 on the site, but wasn't sure if there are other alternatives I should look at.
