Glen, I'm glad you're still enjoying the Berry Shortcake & (to a lesser extent), the Bluesy Danish! I now have a rather large stash of flavorings, so am playing with new juices - will let you know if I hit on any winners!
Reidus - hope your house is in perfect condition when you get home

The Twists are a bit long - I love my 1000mahs, but would go with a handful of 650s (about the length of a non twist 1000mah) for travel. Still loving my ViVi novas on the twists - I'm using them more than my precious, the red LT or even the Bella Tanks! I'm surprised by it. Still seriously contemplating selling part of my stash, but can't quite bring myself to do it!

Had my 7 wk follow up with the Neurosurgeon... I get to slowly wean out of the neck brace - YAY!!!! I get to sleep with it off and keep it off for the first hour I'm awake. Granted, that scares the beejeebers out of me since I'm an "active" sleeper, but time out of the brace is time out of the brace! I see the neurosurgeon again in 6 weeks, at which point we'll probably talk about scheduling the lumbar fusion - progress! yay!

Typing & I are still not great friends, so I'm off for now - have a happy & safe labor day weekend full of vaping!

Well, my loaner kit is out again.. I swear!! Hubby keeps telling me to go into business!! Another girl at work.. and she's really diggin the HHV Dragon's Fire. She has a rare form of cancer and her doctors keep telling her she must quit but she just can't seem to do it.. I've offered to help her but she's avoided me so far. Last night she finally caved and started asking questions. I let her try my stuff and she really liked it. So I set her up with my little Ego passthrough and a tank with dragon's fire for the weekend. I think I've lost track of all the converts!

So I'm loving this Lambo.. it's way too big to carry around, just like the old lavatube I had. But it's so stinkin cool!! Even the atty that came with it is pretty awesome.. and you know me and atty's.. I just had to take it to work last night,, the girls just laugh at me.. one of them said she had a "toy" (wink-wink) that was smaller than this thing And hubby,,, well, he just shakes his head and laughs. So on top of winning the prize, they gave me a $10 store credit too... thinkin I'll go for a pink Twist.. the button on my blue one is a bit wonky and I'm worried it's going to just stop working one day.

I've got lots of projects today so I better get at it.. I hope you all have a terrific Saturday!!!

On another note.. I got my Kanger from DV today. Haven't filled it up yet.. what the hell am I waiting for?? I guess I can't decide what to put in it!

So....I've been lookin' at stuff....and I need help. I've heard about "drip atomizers" where you can drip the liquid directly on them and vape it for a few puffs in order to try out new juices without filling up a carto. I have a few juices that I have let steep, filled up a carto....and hated them (Madvapes disappointed me). Thus, I must clean my carto. It isn't necessarily difficult, but it feels unnecessary. Know what I mean?

So my shopping list:
Drip atomizer (?)
510-808 adapter (MVS- Thanks luv)
Any other doohicky to try out on my new mod? (suggestions?)

I splurged on a few new juices this past week, it was time. I ordered some big bottles from MEL (English Meadows, Jade Ice, and Vanilla Cola) and ECblends (Dragon's Milk, RY4, and I mixed my own oreo...we will see how it works.)

Chrissy... others here are more well versed in atty's.. but yes, you drip right into them and they're great for testing juices so you don't ruin a whole carto. I've never had much luck, but I've just got cheapy ones... the one I got with the Lambo is working great though!! So listen to the peeps here, they know more about that than I do.

I use, almost exclusively, dual coil tanks.. 3.5 ml and I use single coil 2.0ohm or higher pre-punched cartos in them. They are still my favorite. Though I haven't tried the Kanger clearo that's still sitting in it's packaging (cuz I'm waiting for my next juice order to get here!). It's all a matter of preference. I'm sure someone will be along with a recommendation for a good atty.. but they are handy to have if you can find a decent one. Winning is fun, huh???

So atomizers....Fist and foremost I suggest IKENVAPEs I06....second place is a Cisco Spec 306 (best 306 atty for the price IMHO is Avid Vaper). You can find tons of 306s out there and some are cheaper but I tell ya none will work as well as the above. I've just about tried them all (but just my opinion..obviously some people like them or else they wouldn't be still selling them LOL). Be sure you get a drip tip that fits each. Please be aware that not all 306s are the same size....weird, I know, I thought it was very strange too how in the world can you call it a 306 if they are all not made to the same specs but alas, that is the way it is.....Also I suggest a sleeve, such as grateful vapor or my FAV Vapure's DCA ....I've purchased a couple of "drip shields" (much cheaper than the other 2) but I still can't figure out how they work since I can't get the shield to fit on the atty, its too big. With the DCA I can drip 6-9 drips and no, I mean, no leaks...its awesome. The sleeve will leak after 3 or 4 drips, that's just the way it is with dripping, get used to carrying around a paper towel or tissue

A note about drip tips..again IMHO...nothing is as good as glass. Every other material taints the vape. Metal, of any kind, will get hot or cold with the ambient temp and with the amount of use plus it adds a metallic taste, Plastic adds a plastic-y taste. Both are slight but there. After using glass for 4 months, if I can help it I'll never go back to any other material drip tip. Of course glass has the downside of being fragile...its a Pyrex type glass so its sturdier than most but it will not wear a big fall well

I drip and use atty's etc. almost exclusively (so I get kinda lost when Luv talks about mop heads, clearomizers, etc.) so I'm very happy to share my experiences and save you a few $$$$ and my mistakes

Not sure how to reply to that, but... hope the mailman doesn't make you wait too long, don't forget Monday is postal holiday (i.e., no need to stalk).

Ummmmmm yeah. I think I looked at that three times yesterday.. and was speechless. Whatever, dude.

I did not place any orders this weekend... WTH?? I've got an HHV juice order coming Tuesday and I got my Kanger T2 and 10 tank cartos on Saturday so there really wasn't anything I needed to spend money on. I even have a $10 credit at MVS and STILL didn't order anything. I really think I'll order a pink Twist, though. And I haven't filled my Kanger yet.. I'm waiting for my juice order, I've got some HHV Watermelon coming so I'm waiting for that.

Summer is over and it's Labor Day.. and I'll be laboring. My holiday to work. I hope you all have a fabulous day!!

Off the topic of vaping, but this morning I woke up to the smell of burning plastic, but couldn't figure out where it was coming from, so thought I must have been imagining things. Iron Monkey figured out that the source was our AC... something blew inside the part of the AC that's in our condo Our AC guy is taking the day off (will be here between 8-10a tomorrow!!), so we're spending the day without AC - wouldn't be a big deal almost anywhere else, but this is FL, highs will be in the 90s & humid, and I'm still in the neck brace most of the day. Yuck. Thank goodness for fans & a swimming pool, wish my spine would allow us to spend the day at a movie theater (or somewhere)!

In vaping news, I also woke up to a puddle of juice surrounding my provari. Not sure why, but my Nova seems to have leaked a full tank during the night. Apparently this is not my morning!

That AC situation is not cool (literally)! I can't imagine having to go without AC in summer here, so I hope you're able to get by with the fans and spending some time in the pool today.

As for the Nova leaking... I have read that the center post in the tank can crack at the base in some instances when changing the head or replacing the cap after refilling, but that seems to be rare.

Having to work on labor day is just plain wrong!!! But I guess that what happens when you work at a place that never closes... Hope its an easy day for ya! Hubby is smoking a pork shoulder today so it's, pulled pork sandwiches for dinner tonight!!! Yeah me, it's just about my fav thing in the world!!

Hi guys! Hope y'all are having a great Labor Day! Cheeky, I hope your day's gotten better!
I'm back home at last! My house is in pretty good shape. The roof looks fine, the inside's mostly unscathed. The only issue is my mudroom, which has leaked as long as I've owned the house (nobody can seem to find where the leak is; I think it's where the 2 roofs join myself). The ceiling gave up the ghost while I was gone and a 3x3 piece of sheetrock and insulation was on my floor. I'm quite thankful; it could have been much, much worse. Even better; I can see the original wood of the porch roof for the first time; maybe I can figure out where the leak is and patch it.
Outside is a bit worse. I had a wooden fence separating my driveway from my patio. It was supported by 3" metal posts. The storm actually snapped the posts, toppling the fence. Since the posts are set into concrete, I'm trying to figure out how to replace them w/o tearing up my patio. Again, it could be much worse. For now, I'm just using the front door for the first time in ages.
On the vaping front, it's been 2 weeks since I've ordered anything; going through withdrawals here.
Y'all take care; I'm going to order dinner and make an early evening of it; I'm exhausted. 4 8-hour drives in less than a month; I'm definitely getting too old for this .....

Reidus - Sorry to hear about your roof and fence, but I'm glad nothing more severe happened. I hope your insurance will cover any damage that you've experienced without too much hassle.

Vape related: I just placed my monthly order with ECB getting 50ml each of 3 of my favorites and 15ml one new flavor (to me), Kiwi Strawberry. I see that Avid Vaper has the Parva tank available again, but after I realized that it takes a standard size carto, I hesitate to get one. I've been having the best luck with the Smok XL 3ohm tank cartos as of late and I don't want to go through finding a short alternative at the moment. So, I'll hold off and hope that they come out with a larger version of that tank at a future date and maybe get an IBTanked tank in the interim.
