I had a do at school last night and made a convert. The mother of one of my students has been trying to quit unsuccessfully using e-cigs. She saw my set-up (I had my SS twist, vivi nova tank and a trippy tip) and we started talking. She's supposed to email me today and I'll send her links to get her set up.

My cotton wicking came in this morning so I decided to try to rebuild my coil on my Phoenix. I followed the instructions here:

Everything was going fine: I oxidized my wire (gotta love gas ranges ), got wire wrapped, then went to put it on the Phoenix, only to realize that I need to get a magnifying glass! I can't even see the damn hole, much less thread it! Oh the joys of getting older! so that's on hold for now. I'll let y'all know how things progress.

I absolutely know the feeling of eye sight degradation! If you're going to continue the adventure into RBAs, you may want to consider one of those desk lamps with the magnifying glass in the middle.

Oh and Myth? I like the Orange Cream better as well. Though my favorite of today's juices is one that's only in production: Berry-a-Peelin.
It's awesomely good if you like berrys!

Speaking of tinkering, I made my first modification to my Phoenix: I took a 1/16th drill bit and widened the air hole. I can't believe the difference it makes! One of my dislikes was the draw was stiffer than I liked; that's no longer a problem.

My Oh My... you guys have been busy,,,,, and I've been away too long! New Hampshire was awesome but NO internet and VERY sketchy phone connection. I'd get a signal for, like, 3 and a half seconds and then it would be gone... very frustrating!! I felt so out of touch! Can you imagine a ski resort with no wifi??? And the only internet connection we could get was a modem that plugged into the wall and you got to pay $5 a day to have that... WHAT? It was a decent place, but definitely needs a lot of updating.. it served the purpose though. And the mountains of NH are really gorgeous.. I was worried about finding enough to do.. hell, we didn't even make a dent! I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I love to read about everyone's new gadgets and juices and stuff.. me,, I got nuthin. I guess I don't really need anything right now anyway. That Kanger crapped out.. dumped juice all over so I'm done with it. I think I'll just stick to my ole carto tanks.. they seem to work the best for me.

Had a great week with my mom,, and then my son showed up on Thursday night. His grandfather passed away so he came home for the funeral... just him, no wife and kids. He's still here and will be heading home on Monday.. 13 hour drive. I don't get to see him much so it's been nice having him around. He's still vaping too.. 4 months for him. And he's DIYing. He only vapes cinnamon and makes his own. I'm just so glad he's still doing it!!

Went to a party tonight... hubby's work buddies.. OMG, they ALL SMOKE!!!! I swear, every stinkin one of em!!! Which made me feel really weird about vaping with all those smokers. I did finally take it out after a while (ok, after a few beers) but did my best to be really discreet about it. What's up with that? Got a few funny looks and only a couple questions. It was strange.

Sounds like everyone is doing well.. I've missed you guys!! I've got lots of catching up to do! Guess I need vacation to end so I can get back to normal! Have a great night everyone...

My brother has one of those on his workbench for electronics and it comes in very handy (pun intended). Eventually, I'll setup a workstation where I can do my atty cleaning and tinkering as well, and I'll probably get something like this:

I saw the different colored caps, with the painted SS and acrylic options. I like the colors on the acrylic, but I'm addicted to the polished or satin SS finish, so I'm going to stick with those for now.

As for the RBAs, I'll give those options at CoV a look as well. I've been eyeing the Phoenix clone and Griffin at DV, and I'm just waiting a while before I start to get into doing that stuff. I tend to get obsessive about things like that, and I have a lot on my plate at the moment, and I really don't need the distractions.

I can definitely understand that! I'm more than a bit the same myself. And I haven't had nearly the time I'd like to play with my RBAs. And I like the SS end caps as well, though I think the colors would definitely be interesting. With Mardi Gras coming up, I'm thinking about a purple, green and gold custom tank with a gold cap, lol.

Thanks Reidus.. I've felt very out of touch lately. And absolutely no orders placed in about 3 weeks!! So a couple small ones today.. a few new ones from HHV.. Blade Runner, Waffle with butter, strawberry and cream and their Dragon fruit one. Also a smallish ECB order.. I had to toss out all the old Zoe I had hanging around.. stuff was almost black and it was about 6 or 7 months old so out it went.. so fresh stuff coming. Also restocking on the Chocolate Sin and had to try Cheeky's Berry Shortcake. And a new one.. Girl Next Door.. just sounded interesting. Pretty well set on hardware,, I'm really preferring the carto tanks. I keep trying that Kanger but I just don't care for it. I use the vivi but that's not my favorite either. Maybe I just prefer the "taste" of a carto?? To each his own, I guess.

With all the traveling I've done lately my car was overdue for an oil change, and my inspection was up this month so took her in and got all that done this morning. I also have a squeeky fan but, of course, it wouldn't squeek while they had it in there.. and he says there's really no way to fix that anyway, unless I want to replace the whole darn motor... I guess I'll just turn the radio up so I don't hear it.

First night back to work was pretty good.. I'll definitely be taking two weeks in a row next year too.. I've never done two weeks together and it was awesome! Not like I had any time to just sit and relax, but had a lot of fun and saw some pretty great sights.

Must go throw some dinner together.. hope you all are well and having a fabulous day!!!

Very nice! I was looking at those tips the other day, and I'd be all over them if I like the larger style tips. But alas, I'm addicted to the size and shape of the Cherry Vape pawn style.
