Hi guys! Hope y'all are having a great Friday!
I got my tank in from IBT. It's huge! I got the XL 25mm tank; it apparently holds 8ml of juice! I'll get the regular size next time; I wanted something to use my Resurrectors on. Here's a pic w/my new trippy on it:

Here's a second shot giving you a better idea of the size of the monster:

Oh, and Freddy's starting work on my custom Trippy tip! :rickroll::rickroll::rickroll:

I"ll keep y'all posted on the progress.

Nice! I like the color better on the larger tank and it seems more transparent than mine. That size tank would probably look great sitting on top of a Silver Bullet or Bolt. hmmmm..... :2cool:

Hi lizards, hope y'all are having a great weekend.
Well, my custom trippy is basically finished; Freddy just has to do the mouthpiece. I"m not quite sure what to think; it's nothing like I expected it to be: I think Freddy is unaware that when we folk down here talk about purple, green and gold we are referring to a specific shade of each. The purple is right on the money; it's the other 2 that will take some getting used to. It's outstanding work though:

I think ultimately I'm going to love it.

Oh and btw, I also got roped into buying yet another mod last night. It was being auctioned off to benefit Moorea, the owner of phiniac.com who's dealing with covering the costs of treating her breast cancer. I am definitely a device ......
pipe left.jpg

Since I was planning on donating anyway, and it was pointed out that as a professor, I needed a pipe, I finally said .... When it comes in, I'll be sure to make a pic of me in my tweed sportscoat with elbow patches and the pipe. :D

Oh, here's my pipe in action. Scott actually donated the pipe.

Redius - All I can say is that I'm seriously glad that I'm not the competitive type, because there's no way I could keep up with you! :D

Very nice acquisitions with that Trippy Tip and pipe, good sir! At some point when you have time, you should post pictures of your entire current collection. I know I'd be interested in seeing what you have amassed in your vape journey thus far, and I'm sure others would be as well.

Thanks, Glen, I plan to, once these 2 lovelies come in. Even after all of my purchases, I figure I've at least broke even given what I would've spent on cigs. After these come in, I'm done buying stuff for a while. I know, famous last words. Over on the trippy tip thread, they're going gaga over the ihybrid and it looks awesome, but I"m gonna pass for now. My only other planned purchase is for a second A7 for my mini-monkeyboxx. Oh and a tank for my new pipe. :D

Famous last words, indeed! :D Since you are a professor, I believe you'll need at least one more pipe mod to complete your academic professional image. There are some great pipe mods in the "Pictures of your setup" thread, so if you're planning to stop spending money I would suggest that you don't follow that thread. I don't even really like the idea of using a pipe mod, but those pictures have made me consider getting one anyway. Definitely some great mods in that line.

As for breaking even, I'm still about $400 in the hole but I'm sure I'll break even and start saving money before my 1 year vape-versary in February. The only large purchases left on my "must try" list currently are a good bottom feeder and a variable wattage setup (but not the kick). Hopefully, the DNA board will allow manufacturers to incorporate variable wattage into their devices and we'll see some good options in the months ahead. On the smaller scale I want to try the RBA tanks once I have some time to fiddle with coils and wicks, but that will be another adventure to be sure. :2cool:

Glen, if you're looking for a VW device, check out the Z-max
SMOKTech ZMAX Ecig MOD Variable Volt & Watt

As far as good BFs go, other than the REO, I really love my mini-Monkeyboxx. The Boggers are good, but they don't hit as consistently as the monkeyboxx. Though I do prefer the cutout of the Bogger; it's much easier to squonk.

Where exactly is the "Pictures of your setup" thread? I have to admit, I've been looking at churchwardens as well as other accessories for my new pipe. If I went with another pipe, I'd love a meerschaum. I've heard there are people who take real pipes and adapt them.

The thread I mentioned is linked below, but be warned, it absolutely will cause you to want to spend money! :D
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/new-members-forum/225727-pictures-your-setup.html

As for the bottom feeders, I don't think I would consider anything that it pure mechanical with unregulated power. It's not the lack of protection I'm concerned about (since newer protected batteries have much of that built in), but the change in performance over the charge of the battery. After having The Precious (Provari) and Twists for a few months now, it would be difficult to give up that part of the experience. I do foresee many new mods becoming available in the months ahead though and I'll be on the look out for VV or VW options on the ones you mentioned.

As for the ZMax, the reviews are mixed on the way they implemented VW with that design, so I'll consider it after a revision or two. :D

Woohoo! Happy Dance! :rickroll::rickroll::rickroll::rickroll::rickroll:

My pipe came in today. Yes I know; I bought it Friday night! It's awesome! I loaded a resurrector with some Peachy Keen from Hella (peach-flavored tobacco; I just can't see vaping Berry shortcake or Vanilla Gorilla in a pipe, lol), popped in an 18350 and vaped away! Wow! The reviews are spot on; more throat than any device I've ever used, tremendous amount of vapor! I actually had to check to make sure I'm vaping 12mg juice, cause I actually got a buzz! Folks at today's faculty meeting are gonna freak!

Thanks Glen. I agree, I need a different pipe to do some of the really badass things on the pics thread. That said, one of these days I just might get a Penelope and do this setup:

Mornin all! Hope y'all are having a fabulous AM!
Well, in addition to my pipe (which I'm still loving btw), I got a selection of juice from ECB yesterday as well. I thought I'd share my thoughts on these, as I'm actually 4/4 on my new juices. Before I go into those, I also got larger bottles of Steven's Surprise and Strawberry Banana, my 2 winners from the last batch. I've dialed back to 6mg nicotine, as I've felt jittery lately and I'm ordering everything XF, and I did a quick steep (microwave hot water, soak bottles in it until water cools). So for my 4 new flavors:

Pina Colada - OMG!!! My favorite of the bunch! The best coconut I've tasted; with the bite of pineapple thrown in.

Fruit Smoothie - Banana, strawberry, orange and peach. It's quite good. I'm guessing after a bit more steeping, it'll be amazing! You get a banana top-note; the others not so much, which I plan on steeping it for a while longer. Still, I'll definitely order more.

Dragon's Delight - Peach/pear combo in a dragon juice. Wow! I"m getting more pear than peach atm; again a longer steep will likely change that. It's still an awesome vape! Not as sweet as the 2 I've mentioned so far, which isn't a bad thing.

Finally, French Vanilla - this is now my favorite Vanilla anywhere! It tastes amazing, and I'm guessing it'll be even better after a week. Much richer than either Vanilla Gorilla or Vanilla Cupcake.

I'm definitely order larger bottles of all of these lovelies in the future.

Dragon's Delight is currently on my 50ml order list on every order, and yes, it's just that good. Even after steeping, the pear dominates the peach flavor, which is actually what I really like. Along with this flavor, Dragon's Blood and Raspberry Vanilla Swirl are also in my 50ml list.

I don't know if you saw, but there are 2 new Dragon (coffee) flavors available. I order 15ml of each and I'll give a brief review once I get them and they've had a chance to steep.

I've tried Dragon's Brew, and it definitely is a steeper, lol. I'll have to try a small bottle of Rasberry Vanilla Swirl in my next order, which will be in the next few days, because I'm already getting low on the Delight, lol.

I know that feeling! I waited a little too long to send another order and replenish my blood supply, so I'm down to my last couple ml and I'll have to stretch them while the new batch steeps. Oh well, I do have some flavors that I like here that don't get much love, so I'll just have to kill off a couple of those 15ml bottles while I'm waiting. :D

Hi all. Hope y'all are having a great day!
Just placed my largest juice order to date! Ordered almost $60 worth of juice, and the only new things I'm trying are Dragon's cafe and Raspberry Vanilla Swirl. Everything else is my faves in a 6mg dose, lol. Next order, I'll order some 0mg juice so I can blend my remaining 12's, but not today, lol.
