    Vape Hartwell, GA
    I also have two kids so it makes me nervous that it is just as bad
    It's not. The worst would be that they might see you vape, then take it up; like my two kids :oops:

    Though, they're in their 20's.

    Should I click 'sad', 'funny', 'winner' 'love' or 'agree'?

    I wish there was a sad button. I’d wear that thing out faster than a pair of DP’s polyester slacks.

    When in doubt select the rainbow.

    In that case, I’d use the “tool” button.

    :lol::thumbs::lol:

    You sayin' I'm a tool?

    I can hear you, ya know. ;):lol:

    It can be useful :rolleyes:

    :ohmy::laugh:

    Not at all, but feel free to use it on any of my posts :)

    Oops :oops: btw - the rolled up sock goes in the front pocket, not the back :D.

    I just love it when you guys go off your meds..

    It's not. We have plenty of reference materials too, should your doubts remain. A couple of documentary movies too, even. :thumb:

    Four of mine vape (ages 32-40something), but I was a big reason they started to smoke, so this was a good thing for me. I pushed NONE of them to vape. They all did it on their own, very shortly after me.

    I just love it when you guys go off your meds..

    I can't speak for others but I'm usually much more fun ON "meds", so... :blush::w00t:

    Is this vape ban something to worry about ? Those in 'power' love to ruin/run the lives of others, so this is nothing new to me.
    Or perhaps the ban is only for indoor vaping? I think I read something like that?
    Are there problems shipping from China or such , I read that in another thread here? Just my luck , just started vaping and now this ! :-x

    There are plenty of problems. The PreMarket Tobacco Application requirements aka Deeming, the postal ban, and the latest is the Chinese ban. The first two have their own dedicated threads in this forum, the last is a new thing that nobody knows much about.

    Another reason is taxes. The federal excise tax for cigarettes is about $1.00 per pack and my state tax is another $0.37 per pack. Vaping basically is just sales tax in my state (6% of the sale price). It isn't so much that they want to ban vaping as they are protecting their existing tax revenues.
    Why don't they tax vaping , greedy f*ks , that's all this is about anyway.
    At least that would make sense. Now they're just power tripping :-x

    You are lucky, our cigarette tax is over $3 per pack.

    Probably why our vape tax on liquids is 9 cents per ml (and that includes 0mg). Keep up, actually more, with $3+ per pack of cigarettes (its .27 per ml if the ml is under 5, think disposables here). Now, they want to raise the taxes (not getting far on that) for vaping, and an initiative on the ballot to ban flavors just made headlines (haven't researched yet, never got email from CASAA, just saw on their weekly video). I hope if they ban flavors, that the shops will go Colorado on them (we seem to follow Colorado, as in the legalization of pot).

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
    @UncleJunkle - Guess I asked for that rainbow. I would have done the same for you!

    The rainbow means many things to different people, even though it's labeled as "optimistic". I like to use it when I feel someone may be confused by it. :lol:

    I had someone go off on me once for using it. I replied, sincerely, that I did it because I was optimistic for them. :facepalm:

    I gave up way too long ago to care HOW someone interprets my intentions. It's a forum, for cryin' out loud, and if I'm going to be offended by something here, I don't belong here.

    Growing up the youngest of three, in a fairly tough city & neighborhood, I was over myself long before puberty. If anyone seriously gives a rat's behind about what I have to say, well, that'd be a whole lot more than I care about what I have to say. :lol:

    Forum, people. It's a FREAKIN' ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE FORUM!!! :laugh::banana::D

    The reason I started doing that is because someone a few years ago made it an issue on a thread. Didn't get pist at anyone, but they just were so confused as to why people use it. Naturally, I gave them a rainbow, as I just did for you :pervy:.

    When they first added the red X, some folks just TOTALLY bonked out about it. After lifting my jaw from its dropped position, my best-vape-bud, Kat, and I had a contest. Which of us could gather the most red Xs over a single weekend.

    I can't remember who won, but it was fun. I still smile every time I get one. :thumbs:

    We seem to be populated with the perpetually offended everywhere. To quote a great American sage, Rhett Butler, "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a d@mn".
