Vape cases

Here are some shots of a felt lined Vapor Flask case, this my first try with this particular process and first go with this material.
I may have to redesign the mold, as there is an area on the top I am worried about holding the felt with repeated usage.
This is a PITA to do, and a good deal of prep to have a chance of working right. Kydex was designed for stuff to NOT stick to it lol.
More later on, just wanted to give you guys a preview. I will not start selling this option until it is tested for durability.

I'm not noticing any wear/scratches on J-wrapped or naked Vapor Flasks but I think folks will respond well to this option, whatever the cost.

sigelei 100w/150w issue has been resolved. Much better this time around, amazing what accurate measurements can do.
I have some liner material that I will be playing with tomorrow, couple different kinds for different applications.
Also some new mod cases available soon: Vapor Shark dna 30, and the joyetech eVic-VT

Question on the Sig 100/150w case.
Is the size just for the mod by itself or will it still be a good fit with the silicon sleeve on the mod?

Flask has a great finish, can't really see an issue with normal wear, especially jwraped.
Any mod with a wrap should be more than ok in one of the unlined cases. Much better than a pants pocket full of change and keys and who-knows-what else.
But people have asked about liners since the first thread I put up, and I can see the attraction.

Sig 100/150w case

Nope. Will not fit, but I can make a mold to fit the mod with a sleeve. Have plans to do so, just have to get around to it.
Need some measurements of the thickness of the sleeve and of the mod with the sleeve on there. Then need to produce the mold.

Got mine delivered today for both the iStick 30w and the 50w. I'm very impressed with the fit and finish of these. Definitely would consider these of commercial quality and would highly recommend.

I don't think Andrew was trying to troll the thread, but rather offer another solution to carrying a mod.
Perhaps this could have been posted elsewhere, but there are not many threads on the forum about this subject.

There are alternatives to what I make, some of which may work very well.
Phone cases, leather mod cases, various camera or other cloth bags. There is the "vapesox" thing that will definitely hold a mod.
People can go bigger with messenger bags or small backpacks or briefcases, and be ready for the vape-apocalypse or to just have their stuff on-hand.
I don't knock these, as it seems they can fill a need and may do so economically. If someone finds a cheap way to meet their needs then great! Vape on brother.
My hope is that my product is seen as reasonably priced, I put a lot of thought into what I charge.
These cases I make will not appeal to many, and that is fine by me. I do feel my product is durable, and for some people can provide a way to comfortably and safely carry their PV.

From the looks of your product it is made well. When i first came into this tread it sent me to the last page is why I did not see that you make these. The prices seem to be great for hand made-made to order product. I may look into one of them in the future.

I am very interested in your Holsters, I need one for my Billet box, I have nothing for it, but I am also interested in one for my Provari 2.5, I use it in 18560 mode, I jury rigged one together with a cellphone holster, and a cheap holster I found somewhere. I have had to repair it like 5 times, but the belt clip I have on it for me is great, if you could get clips like these on your holsters, it would be great, I just thought I should share my thoughts.

I tried various generic cases before and pocket carried but found that either the fire button or setting buttons would get pressed accidentally. Not wanting to turn the mod off every time I holster it, I kept searching. Finally found the perfect solution with these custom made kydex cases. Very high quality workmanship I have the vapor shark and vapor flask models and wouldn't go anywhere without them. This is a must have accessory IMHO.

I agree 100%. Not only do you not have to turn the mods off and back on, but most mods nowadays aren't very comfortable to pocket-carry. These holsters aren't "overkill", but just the right size for the application.

I know it does not look very good, but I got that provari almost 2 years ago, and there was not really anything available back then, and it has gotten me by till now. My point was really aimed at the quick release belt clip, if someone could make some holsters that have this type of clip, I wouldn't have to use this thing any more.

With the dozens of options out there for attachments, I am sure something is available.
Don't know off hand where to find such a thing, or what it might cost. Looks like a cellphone clip to me, designed to detach with a cell case. That is a little different than what I am doing.

The polymer belt clip I have is pretty tough, and you can easily take it off and put it on again. The belt tunnel is more durable, but not as easy to put on/take off.
I try to design the cases so the mods have easy access, and you don't have to take the case off to use them. Pull them out, vape, put them back.

I can block for most any type of attachment tho, per customer spec.
