Speaking of forums, the BTBOX 200 FT thread is a wild one. A lot of folks missing the boat there due to .... head posters.
Lol I love it there I post some off the wall stuff on some of the VTbox200 threads. It's just say whatever you want and people run with it, I love it.

Another one:
"The items SKU 3255800 was displayed as ships in 20 business days at the time when you placed your order, and ETA is on 9/25/2015 which is not changed. We will ship the order as scheduled.

Thank you."

Now it did say prior on the posters order than it would ship on 09-14

@dwcraig1. I'm so tempted to cancel and get the hotcig but it's that $114 that's telling me " you already have one DNA 200 to tide you over, you can wait, it's not gonna kill ya." I want them all dwcraig, ALL OF EM! Still no PC yet. I really need to get one and fast.
I suppose.

Besides, do you guys really want to encourage Vapor Shark? Those people who think it's acceptable to turn a mod's screen to the ground - as if it should be ashamed, downcast, ignored? Especially the DNA 200 with its customisable screens: configured to one's heart's content, only then to be shoved downwards to look disconsolately at the dust and dirt?

Pshaw.

Mine still shows 15th. I suppose if I open one of those tickets they'll just manually update it to the 25th!

The ETA for the Hotcig is 1 day, I wonder what it will say tomorrow. I'm getting closer to that Vapor Shark
I would laugh my head off if my vaporshark arrives before all these even ship!

It is a bit if a shame you can't see the screen on them too well being at the bottom but honestly how often do you look at your screen if if its on the side? My main concern about the bottom screen is the risk of damage but my shark 40 is still in near enough perfect condition, the screen included becasue it got a indent where the screen is with a ridge around it. And in the dark I can see my screen reflection from my phone & tablet lol

I actually like it better on the bottom than on the top because of juice entering in there but prefer it on the side.
Before I got mine I wasn't that keen on it being on the bottom and I thought it was the most ridiculous idea ever but long term its not been an issue. With it being on the bottom I think is what helps give them that understated look, just plain black box without logos everywhere, which is exactly what I want. Makes it look real clean. My flask has a top placed screen which is fine but it gets dirty and a little greasy from VG I can only presume (I vape 85vg juice)

Yes I suppose that's true. I do like watching the screen to get a better idea of what it's doing with TC. Some of my side-screen mods I can see out of the corner of one eye, at least some of the info anyway, but many I can't. I particularly liked the top-screen mods - meaning my VF clones and my Smok - because those I could finally see properly.

What I can do with side-screen mods is more easily set up a camera to record it while vaping. But obviously that is not a standard use case :)

So yeah I guess screen-on-bottom is probably not in practice that much different to many side-screens. And it's least important for the DNA 200 which can broadcast the screen information, and far more, to a PC for much easier reading.

I've never seen a VS in the flesh so maybe I'd be amazed at its compactness. Though compactness is not something I especially prize.

I generally don't really check the screen often on my devices, checking the battery life is about the most regular check i do. I tend to lock power and lock the device when it's in pockets to prevent accident adjustments which may occur. If I do check anything on my shark 40 any info is one the screen long enough to see provided you can tell something isn't right, I'm assuming the dna 200s will do the same and even if errors aren't there for long it's all configurable through escribe. It's no harder to turn your wrist 90 degree more to see the bottom instead of the side. The shark I have is a fair bit smaller than the flask especially in width but the flask is designed really well just to sit comfortably in your palm with its curvature.
