does anyone know if locations are locked in yet? This is starting to sound like an event I won't want to be driving home from so I think i'll be needing a hotel room as close to the jello shots as humanly possible.

There's definitely going to be a hotel. I don't think it has been decided yet. Think they are deciding whether to have one close to the airport with cheaper rates or one downtown with higher rates,
