Hey, J, look forward to seeing you and your liquor there!

We got the rate for the hotel dropped down even further to $105 so if you booked at $109.. please call and make sure they change it for you. We only have 45 rooms at that rate and we sold 45+ in VA and almost 60 in St.Louis so if you are coming... we suggest you book your rooms soon! We can add more.. but only if they sell out while there are still rooms left to add to our room block.

Stats for this hotel are...

-Every room is a suite with kitchenette and living room - great for room share
-$105 room rate per night
-Free open bar and horsdoeuvres for all hotel guests from 5:30-7:30pm (which is our dinner break)
-Free BUFFET breakfast 7am-10am
-FREE 24/7 shuttle to and from airport
-Free PARKING
-Free internet in the meeting space
-24 hour access to the meeting room (except when we lock it)
-Cash Bar in the meeting space from 10pm-2am.
-Music okay loud til 11pm or midnight and a little quieter for the music after midnight.
-$10/day internet in the private rooms or free if you are a Hilton Honors member.

You can call 215-365-4500 to make reservations (cancellation policy is 24 hours before arrival or by 4pm day before arrival so if you need to cancel you can do that until the day before with no fees) and just say you want to make a reservation and you are with National Vapers Club Group (even if you are not an NVC member).
Copied from another forum:)

And entrance fee is $45. You can pay ahead also here: http://donate.vapersclub.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=38&product_id=74

I went ahead and booked my room. They were unable to tell me how many rooms are left but they did confirm that there are at least some left.

FYI, the $105/night is a pretty good deal. I am a Hilton Honors "Gold VIP" member so I went ahead and checked to see what rate I could get at that hotel online just out of curiousity. Even with AAA discount applied, the best rate I could get was $127/night for those dates.

i'm going to be there. i'm SO GOING TO BE THERE!!!!! HYPED AND BOOKED THE ROOM ALREADY!! GOING FOR BOTH DAYS. I WILL HAVE MY WALLET FULL AND MY LIQUID STOCKED TOO. and as for liquor i'll bring some everclear.. everyones favorite. i heard about this the other day and couldnt help myself. already called out of work for both days and am gonna bring lots of diy liquid i made. and lots of diff flavors so everyone can try. i think i need to calm down a bit.. still got a month or so till the event..

Man, unfortunately I can't go.:( First, I am preggo and have quit vaping at least until after I give birth. And then, I got a new job recently, and of course they scheduled me to be in to work on that Saturday night, so I had to cancel my hotel reservation. Really sucks because I had planned to go and at least meet everyone!

So I posted this somewhere else but havent gotten any responses... Hopefully I have better luck here.

I ordered 2 tickets online and raffle tickets online last Friday. I havent received an email confirmation or anything in the mail. I see that the monies came out of my account. Did everyone else that ordered online get anything to confirm their purchase? Do I print the tickets somewhere or do I just go to Vapefest? Where do I claim the raffle tickets I purchased? Sorry for all the questions! I just want to make sure I am not missing something.

Just so people know, Saturday's fest meeting room will open at 2 PM. I think this is later than advertised. So far it has been great fun with great people, lots of juice samples, hardware like I've never seen, as well as lots of standard hardware at good prices. I would make sure you are fed well, or bring/order your own food if you don't want to pay top dollar for hotel fare or drive a ways elsewhere at meal time. Also, you can bring your own alcohol it seems, or else no one said you couldn't and people did, and water bottles is not a bad idea either.

Today should be another blast!!
