- I sure did... grilled rib-eye w/ roasted fingerling spuds (dijon/rosemary-ified), grilled asparagi an' sauteed crimini's - mmm - bloated in a good way

No Beef today... Just pig spare ribs. A Light coat of Kosher salt and black pepper is all ya need.
The spousal unit whups up some of the best tater salad and baked beans on the planet.
I'm in Hickory heaven here! There's so much hickory that we're burning it in the fireplace!

"A Light coat of Kosher salt and black pepper is all ya need." Isn't that always the case on a good cut of meat Here's where I'm getting a half pig this year Flying H Ranch... Can't downplay the sides that's for sure and what better side than spuds in any form - call it a salad if you must We're gonna have to work out some old school trading system... I'll meet you at the border with green chile and you bring the hickory - I'll bring some adovada and pozole to trade for some medley o' spuds and beans too
