You know I'm a VIP here Krispers (very interested person) and hi there Jen congrats on your 4 weeks and welcome here and I know what it's like, as I was a long time smoker and now smoke free for well over a year now, thanks to vaping and thought I could never get away from the cigs! Please be nice to Krispers, he is a very nice one time they even let him out on his own for a time person and once you get to know him and everyone here you will just love it and feel free to post and chat etc; Nice to meet you!
