Im doing great. My car is great. Loving life for the most part. Just caught a dr oz episode about melatonin. I've been taking 3mg of it every night since I quit the sleeping pills. Turns out, melatonin is not supposed to be taken as a sleep medication & you shouldn't be taking more than 1mg of it a night. My pills are 3mg!

Anyways, I need to reach out to friends before I go to sleep. I still hate sleeping. I hate the thought of going unconscious. But reaching out to friends right before going to sleep does help. So, goodnight everyone. <3 see you all on the other side of this 8 hour death. Remember me if I never returrrrrrn! <33 lol. C u all soon.

Good Morning Dale, RHP, and fellow odd hour resters!

Plumes -- glad you are getting some sleep and that things are going good for you.

The last week has been hectic - always is the week that a vaca starts. The kids get excited and find it hard to keep their mind on such dull subjects as heat energy and limiting reactants lol.

It is a beautiful morning outside. The sun is shining through the trees in the wood and everything is as green as in summer. I have my first camellia bloom on my tree - looks like a red ornament in amongst all the green. This is what it looked like last winter just after Christmas.



You can see in the background one of the only things to change color in our wood - the yellow leaf of the hickory tree.
