Hi everyone
I tried to fix my computer..and being as I'm pretty computer illiterate..
I managed to mess it up to the point windows wouldn't even load any more..
So I did what any DIY does after they totaly mess something up..I called a professional
He came over switched it on and said "yup you screwed up"..So he said it would cost $150 to fix it..Being as its barely 2yrs old..
and I payed over $600 for it..I thought it was worth it..I got it back..he added some things like Word,Powerpoint,Publishing, and Excel..as well as a good anti virus..and probabley about 1000 songs..(90% of which I like)
So far its running like the day I took it out of the box
Weather here kinda stinks..had snow yesterday..(only about 2"s) Today had to go to the P.O..it was -4 wind chill -13.brrrr
Tomarrow high of 20 and low of -10...I really.. REALLY miss Phx
I hope everyone is well and staying warm

Howdy Insomniacs!
We're just not used to this frozen stuff 'round here. Thursday, We had 4+ inches of ice pellets that turned in to an impenetrable crust of frozen-ness. We're just starting to dig out. It looks like snowfall, but it's not. Before it arrived, I cut and split about 1/3 of a cord of hickory and it's almost gone.
It almost makes me tear-up to burn hickory in the fireplace... We fared better than folks down south in DFW that had all the frozen rain. There were 200,000 homes with no power.
The mail didn't run, UPS can't make it up the hill. It feels like the rockies! BRRR!
Well I'm all caught up now here! Really enjoyed all of the great videos, movies, good mornings, good nights, stories, Hello's, pictures, funny stuff, serious stuff and generally everything from everyone! Thanks I enjoy it all and always look forward to coming and seeing what and who's here and also love to look back and reminisce!
