For sleeping:
I've got 10 Albums of this in mp3 format on a DVD. Every night for more than year I've been putting this music on whenever I get done watching TV and want to sleep. It runs at a very low level until I get up in the morning.
I rarely ever make it passed the 2nd song.It really seems to help clear your mind of daily worries or concerns. In fact I find it rather hard to really concentrate on anything while it's playing.

Not sure if there's a definite link, but it seems since I started this I'm much more mellow with a lower heart rate and blood pressure. I'm thinking even being exposed to it while sleeping is possibly helping subliminally.
