I've mentioned before about
Lady Cottington's Pressed Fairy Book. I'm not so sure now that you'd like it. It's about a little girl who sees fairies behind the potting shed, but no one believes her. One day she's out there with her book for pressing flowers and gets an idea. She waits until a fairy gets close, and then . . .
SNAP . . . she's got one in her book. She thinks everyone will have to believe her, but then she's warned that her book is for pressing flowers, no fairies, and she'll get in trouble, so she resolves to keep it a secret but fill it up with every fairy she can catch. And she does, for many years.
I'm not sure how you'd react to the pictures of pressed fairies.
A gentle song. Translation is in the poster's comments.
