I am doing well, just did some housework yesterday, and rested.. From what I saw on the news last night, the fire has moved away from my end of town, they are still requesting that those of us with health problems stay inside..

You are so very welcome!! My sister gave me this, its actually on a beautiful landscape painting, of a road traveling through a forest.. It hangs on the wall directly across the room from me. It has helped me find my strength through some pretty rough times.
Well no not yet...I had a nap from 5-7pm last night...i hope I can take one later on..hope hope!!
I so hope so too I will be keeping you in my thoughts.. I know for myself, if I go too long with out getting enough sleep, I end up very sick.. I have to force myself to get at least 4 hours a night, even if its a medicated sleep.. Seriously wouldn't wish insomnia on anyone
