Sorry to see you are still using the teardrop; just know I am hoping you feel like changing back soon.

Have missed you for a few days. Much pain, many Dr. appointments. I do feel some better today. I've been trying to get some work done in between 20 minutes per hour of iceing my back and doing stretches. The work suffers but that's what it is.

Treating myself with some Vanilla Custard vape. It helps too.
