yep the alcohol hahhahah been there and done it hahahahhaha

I just filled my entire condo with really YUMMY smelling smoke, trying to make some tobacco absolute in heated VG using jasmine hookah shisha instead of pipe tobacco.



The SECOND I dropped the shisha into the sauce pan of hot VG, it went flambe' like a serving of Bananas Foster, and the smoke just BILLOWED out of the kitchen and filled the whole condo in a matter of a few seconds. Luckily I had a lid handy and turned off the stove and covered the pan to put it out.

Who'd-a thunk it? Apparenty shisha and VG vapors are highly flammable...

But MAN did it smell yummy.

I've got the pan out on the porch cooling now, and hopefully I can still extract the essense from it tomorrow. It only flamed up for a few seconds, and the flames were blue and yellow, so I'm pretty sure they were alcohol or something similar in the shisha.

We'll know tomorrow, when I filter the shisha out, and mix the remaining liquid with some no-nic VG and vape it... ;-)

The three agreed that family farmers were in dire need of assistance and decided to plan a concert for America. Farm Aid III was held in Lincoln, Nebraska at Memorial Stadium.
