Something reminded me of this:
Cinderella slept on the woodpile, did all the chores while her stepsisters played all day, and wore only tattered hand-me-downs.
Now she lives in a wonderful castle, has an army of servants at her beck and call, and has closets full of beautiful gowns.
This proves what every woman knows -- the right pair of shoes can change your life!
Well, it's sad to say I'd better leave you for the night. Much needs to be done, and the elves are being particularly lazy.
I'll leave you with a little Bianca . . .

Ha! I better not be! I have change orders on two prints, six pages of graphics to do, and I promised my agent I'd have three more chapters revised by last week. That's on top of everything else coming my way right now, all of it wanted yesterday.
