I have been busy with my new toys. I rolled and wrapped my first 2 and they work great! I used the cotton/mesh hybrid because I figured I would get shorts, and it works great. The ProVari is great for checking out the resistance so I can adjust it as needed.

I got the box mod and it wouldn't work. I figured out that I need to turn it on and off a few times and then it works. I put the dripping atty on it and will use it for that.

I have become a hoarder. It is not looking too good around here with all my stuff overflowing. It's terrible! I like to fiddle and change flavors a lot.

OH BTW, there is another coop for the dud - calling them Chids - and they have the clear tubes. They are about $9 for one, and they have the clear tubes also now. I ordered one more with 6 clear tubes for a total of about $22 delivered. So now I will have 3 with extra clear tanks. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-thread-round-3-mini-chid-kit-clear-tube.html

Awesome! Yeah, coil wrapping isn't that tough. That's a shame about that box mod. Does it at least vape pretty well? Thanks for the heads-up on that coop too!

I'd say you're officially a vaper when you've got mods, parts, and juice bottles everywhere! I try to keep it contained, but it's of no use, really. My stuff is always spread out over at least three rooms. I'm wondering when a vaper is going to show up on that "Hoarders" show on A&E! :)

Hey IE peeps! I hope everybody's doing well!

Did anybody make it out to the new vape shop in Orange?

No, the compressor on our air conditioner went out and I had to stay home for the repair man (it's still not fixed and won't be until Friday... Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh! *grumble*).
it sounds like it would be better to wait for their "grand opening" anyhow since it seems the place really isn't finished off yet.
anyone up for getting together this weekend in Riverside?

Oh, bummer about the car! So do you know when their grand opening is set for? I might be able to meet up this weekend, but my new schedule is pretty insane this quarter and this month is going to be a very busy one (not in a good way) for me. Let me think about it a little and get back to you...

Dude, it wasn't my car, it was our home air conditioner! not okay when it's 108 degrees. we're all dying of heat stroke here and have been trekking out to my mom's in corona everyday to escape :D
no pressure for this weekend! just if you've got the time and energy. if not then no worries. that's one thing I loved about UCR: being on the quarter system. those 10 weeks were packed, but they were over so much faster than semesters.
and I don't know the date for Vapor Loft's grand opening. sounds like towards the end of the month. I'll post it here if I hear the date.

I stopped in last Saturday since I had to make a special trip to Vape Revolution and it's on the way from Temecula anyway. I don't remember the exact date of the Grand Opening, but I think that it WILL be a very nice store!

The Soft Opening is just up in the front of the shop for now while the real shop is under construction. It looks like it will be pretty "classy" with leather couches, cool lighting/photography and eye-level display cases. So far they are carrying Highbrow and Alice In Vapeland juices (and 1 or 2 other normal ones that I can't seem to remember) and had Provari's, Z-Max's and Cirrus Tanks. The owner is very nice and one thing that's cool is that they've got all of their juice loaded up in labeled carto tanks in tabletop holders with eGo Twists there to use, and they give you a sanitized drip tip to use during your visit.

Oh no! It was your house AC!!! I guess I just assumed car because that's been a recurring theme in this thread. That's bad -- it's been brutal here. I hope you're all doing okay.

Yeah, there's definitely no time to get bored with your classes on the quarter system! It's going to be touch and go this month because I've got a bunch of grants to write, but I might need to get out at some point to preserve my sanity.

Hey guys!
Hope you all are good.
I went to check out the Vapor Loft yesterday... Once it's finished it's going to be a really nice shop! The main space is in a mini-warehouse with an amazingly cool chandelier, big couches and tv, and a long bar. The owner and his wife were very nice and welcoming. I spent too much money, of course. The best part: he said that once he gets his shop off the ground he wants to open one in the IE. if it happens: score! I've already offered my retail services of course :D

Ah, that is awesome news!!! Thanks for sharing! I just got an email the other day stating that yet another vape shop (called House of Vapers) is opening up in OC. I'm not sure how they got my email address, but that's beside the point. While I'm sure our bank accounts would suffer, we really need our own shop out here.

Im in hemet and would love to be part of an ie meet up group.

Welcome! So far we sort of meet up at random times and random locations and you are certainly welcome to join us. It sounds like we'll be finding some time to get together towards the end of the month. Hope to see you then (I'm guessing in a week or two we'll all start trying to figure out when and where people are available)!
Good to meet you and yay for another IE vaper :vapor:
