Are you folks that are getting no seeping to your afc using the green or the black o-rings?
Smoked glass or clear glass?
I was getting seeping using green/smoked.
I just swapped that to black/clear.
I'll see if that helps.
The glass inner diameter could be different by a couple of thousands of an inch.
The o-rings could be off by size or the rubber properties could be slightly different between colors.

I was about to rewick it when I saw this.
It reminded me to ask if that post insulator should wrap all the way around or is this correct looking?
It looks like the outside of the post would be a likely place for juice to drizzle down.

No reply. Is the insulator supposed to wrap all the way around or does this look normal.

well, mine has no leaks, clear glass, black o rings. definitely NOT loose a bit. its actually hard to get teh glass over the orings. I have to lube them with a drop of PG first. Got it wicked decently, 3mm 24G ss304 coils, but cant chain vape it over about 50 watts. I definitely like the tank, but I still love my Ohmega BFT more. I can hit that one as often as I want at power levels up to 120w.

Yeah... My glass goes on with no resistance whatsoever with either combination of o-rings and glass. I'm gonna contact the vendor.

well, Im bout to get rid of mine.. I just cant get as good a vape off it as I can my Ohmega BFT. same builds, same ammount of wick, nothing near the same vape. cant get a good warm flavorful vape off it. if I turn my power way down I can almost get a decent vape, but no where near what I want. good thing is it never leaks and my O rings are good and tight. But for now Im shelving it....

I'll have to try a 24g SS build to see how terrible it is. My current build, dual quad twisted 26g, needs like 90w to start to heat up, and I generally keep it around 100-110w depending on the mod (rx200 around 110w, dna200 around 100w), and its a warm flavorful vape IMO.

What diameter and how many wraps? Spaced coils? got a pic? I really like the look and size of this tank, I just want a good vape off it!!

I'll take a pic of it when I rewick or rebuild it tonight, its nothing special, I don't recall the wraps, I think it was 2.5mm ID, and contact coils.

well I just twisted 3 strands of 28G and wrapped 6wrap 3mm duals for a combined .16ohms. So far its not doing to bad... not sure how it is gonna stack up against my BFT, but so far its running at 70 watts pretty well. I wicked it a different way. Normally I close the juice flow ring and pack the tails behind it then open the JFC after I put on the barrel. This time I left teh JFC open and ran the tails out it, out on the barrel and then trimmed them like I would my MuTank. perhaps the tails were to packed and couldnt wick the the way.

I have way to many tanks. I learn the tricks to one tank, then forget how to run the other tanks... what can I say, first world problems...

Possible fix!

Set the wayback machine to 2013.
Tanks leaked so ppl used dental floss under their o-rings to make them seal tighter.
I used a strip of DF under all 4 o-rings. Just about half the diameter of the channel.
I first tried a complete loop but it raised the ring too far = glass wouldn't fit.
Halfway around is enough to make the glass very snug. Very.

It's together now and no F'ing way will this tank lose pressure now.
It's changed the nature of the vape for the better slightly.
The afc hole used to look juicy immediately after filling but it's dry now.
Houston, we have negative pressure!

This tank should not have left QC with an ok stamp.

Totally forgot about the floss trick. Seems to be working so far!
