I gotta start going to walmart. I must be the only person that hasn't been to one.

I have a theory that Walmarts are where the Mental institutions drop off the patients when the insurance runs out. It costs less gas than busing them to a shelter in a major city and it meets all the pre-requisites of providing the former mental patients food clothing and shelter upon their release

I knew you'd favor that over creating the inevitable underground market for kids, knowing full well they will vape no matter what. Also knowing that anti-vaping people use that as way to forever have foothold into why vaping needs to be taxed up the wazoo and treated as a shameful activity forever and a day.



I like to follow the California way of how to handle vaping politics. I think they are doing great things for the country and looking out for all the precious non-vapers. I really hope a liberal is running the country in 2016, so that whatever FDA comes up with as Final Rule will be fully supported by the executive branch.

The Best way to Promote Less Restrictive Policies for Adults is to Advocate that their be No Age Limit for Kids to Buy e-Liquids. Everyone knows that. And I'm sure we will have Strong Backing from House and Senate Members when the Time comes.

Just like the Best way to Prevent things like Outdoor Bans or Bans inside Rental Properties is to Blow Clouds inside you Local Wal-Mart. You'd have to be Insane in the Membrane to not see that.

The Key here is we Should be Doing EVERYTHING we can to Expose more Non-Vapers to e-Cigarettes. That way when they are Approached by some Group, or when some Legislation is Pending, they can think back to All those Great Experiences they had with people who use an e-Cigarette.

They (liberals in CA) have removed all oversight possible and allowed a free-for-all cash grab. Ignorant of law and constitution.

We are kinda spoiled in the ethnic market. Having a Jungle Jim's within 10 minutes is wonderful. His beer selection is insane. Well the store is insane and so is Jim.

I wouldn't know, haven't had any beer in over 23 yrs. I prefer life.

cashier or not any employee of the store has a right to ask you stop doing something or not to do something that is against the company policy or a potential safety hazard or nuisance. I work retail and I have asked people not to let their kids stand up in the grocery carts and ask kids not to ride the handicapped carts. Is it my job to do this? no, I am a Florist, but part of my job is to uphold the standards of the company I work for and to consider all of the customers. If you think the cashier is wrong then you need to find a manager and take it up with the manager, but I would bet on the manager siding with the cashier and a lot of times the cashiers are managers when additional cashiers are needed. Out of respect for others, stay stealthy or refrain, just because you can does not make it right,and try when possible to restrict it to the same areas smokers are in when out in public.

Why on EARTH would I want to be within 50ft of a SMOKER??? That crap STINKS!!! No way. I'll be vaping in the bathroom.

Once it is in full swing, you may find it difficult to order e-liquid online or pay more. Several e-liquid retailers have already stopped shipping to Massachusetts after they passed a similar law...

While most of Walmart merchandise is of lower quality, they do have something for everybody.
For example, if I want to have taco lengua or tongue in aspic I will go to Walmart. They always have tongue, while in most supermarkets around me it's hit and miss, mostly miss.

Wal Mart. Lowes, K Mart, Penneys, etc you name it most of their stuff comes from the same factories in China with different packaging and prices
