Vaping at Walmart

I bought some Axe and $3 cologne today just for yall.

I was substitute teaching, mostly in middle schools, back when that stuff first came out. Many of the schools actually banned it from campus. That didn't stop the 12 year olds from dousing themselves before they came to school though. I often had to leave the windows open in winter because it was just overwhelming.

I remember seeing that on the news teens dousing themselves with it and some kids were having bad reactions to it if they were in close proximity when it was applied.

What we really need it to get more e-liquid companies to formulate "stealth juice". 90% PG and 10% H2O. Using a slightly higher nic than normal we can take a hit, hold it in for a few seconds, and exhale.....NOTHING! What could be argued against that?

There's a big difference between a body spray and a multi chemical vapor. And even if you really think all perfume, cologne and body spray should be banned, or if you don't want to be forced to smell it, how does that validate your vaping indoors around people who may not want to be inhaling it?

how many chemicals do you think that are in perfumes etc? Im betting there are more constituants to perfume than Ejuice...

But why would you make an unpleasant environment on purpose if your intention is to continue to use the device, I guess is my question.. You're basically saying I want the right to purchase and use this device, so I'm going to make an unpleasant experience for others with it.

with vaping, I can put it in my pocket and not use it.... lets see someone wearing the obnoxious perfume turn it off if some one seems to be bothered by it....

I really don't care one way or the other is someone vapes in Wallmart, I personally don't think there is anything harmful WHATSOEVER in exhaled vapor. Emotional aspects of the debate aside, even when smoking was allowed indoors, store owners could place please don't smoke inside signs at their entrances. That was OK, and I think most if not all smokers respected the house rules. I don't like Government having authority to make broad sweeping laws about what individuals and businesses can allow inside of their property if no concrete proof of harm to the general public can be shown, and even then, I don't think they should have the authority to dictate what can be done in a private building like a residence or a club.

I spent a lot of hard earned cash on my stealth vapors. I got to use them somewhere! Hold it in and count to 10 and pretend to rub my mouth with my shirt and blow it down my shirt. LOL

Every time a thread on this topic starts off a little light and enjoyable it turns into a crap fest.
The FAR left and FAR right idealist just have to Bicker and make all sorts of accusations and insults. It is a bit ridiculous.

Someone says it doesn't bother them to wait........Now they are hiding vaping and assuring it's indoor Bans. B Freakin S

Someone says they may take an occasional toot in an empty Isle or Draw and hold to dissipate(being polite) in a line........................Now they are Blowing Clouds and ruining Vaping for everyone. B Freakin S

People will have opinions and assume superiority no matter what but once in a while people need to pay attention to what is actually being stated before Flaming away.

Out in the REAL world, I usually carry my Spinner and a 510xl carto loaded with a 70/30 Caramel RY4.
No one has ever paid any attention to me or made any negative comment. Not Once in 3 years.

It really boils down to proper etiquette and politeness - Not politics and Pit Bulling.

People seriously need to chill and remember we all would like to just relax and enjoy vaping.

If people would stick to replies such as "I do/don't because _____" then it would probably be okay. Once it becomes "you should/shouldn't because _____" then there's a problem.

ETA: I am aware I don't always stick to this, though I usually wait to step on my soapbox until after someone else says people are giving vaping a bad rep.

I mainly had Nick at Night, but I understand the sentiment Leave it to Beaver, My Three Sons, I Dream of Genie, all taught me about being courteous, life in general taught me about not lying down and taking whatever I'm given.

No, but I saw a show about deodorant once. Everything has a surprising amount of chemicals. One study found something like 20000 chemicals in bottled water...

I don't vape where smoking isn't permitted unless it's explicitly permitted as that just seems to be the right thing to do. That's just me though.
