Do you all vape at work?

I work in a very open cubical environment for an organic dairy. I am a little concerned about offending my coworkers.
I am also a little worried that others may have read some of the health nonsense regarding e cigs and will be set against me vaping though they dont have any real knowledge or facts to go on. So I havent done it yet.

What are your experiences with your coworkers if you vape at work?

I am interested to know!

I have had a good response at my work from people who dont vape as they are mostly just curious about it. I work with quite a few smokers and I have been able to get them to vape by bringing in my pv's and letting them use them throughout the day and many of them have went out and purchased there own. PS this is also a great way to get rid of juice you dont want. If you do think they will have concerns perhaps print out some information on electronic cigarettes for them to read and feel reassured. Good luck to you.

I think it all comes down to if there are douchebags (or baguettes) that would cry if they saw vapor.
Because all it takes is one douche to run to Human Resources and get you shut down.

If I worked in an office, I would ask for permission and be prepared to offer substantial information on the safety to bystanders.
CASAA (www.cassa.org) can help with this.

And if I was denied, I would stealth vape, just like I do in theaters and concerts and other venues where I don't want to be disruptive.

I'm encouraged to vape at work. I'm also encouraged by my boss to show my vaping equipment/devices to any employee, vendor, customer, etc who smokes.

I have more than one job... I'm my own boss at my other two jobs, so I'm still allowed/encouraged to vape whenever wherever at work ;) I have, however, self imposed a ban on vaping when I'm climbing com towers. I dropped my copper twice last fall: once from a couple of hundred feet (found it, and it vaped just fine afterward), and again a couple of weeks later from 350 feet and I never found it. Since then, I don't vape on towers.

So you have a Copper mod?
And you use that when out and about?

Because with all the mods I know you have, a Copper is not what I'd expect.

Over the edge...
I take my vaping seriously and I vape anywhere I darn well please

...But...

Because of my deep love and respect for my customers, I choose not to vape on their premises. Use common sense. Ask if you're not sure. Some folks will love you for vaping, some will hate you for it.

Business is business, work is work but every place else is up for grabs.:D

I got my copper out of the classies the same week I bought my first ego batteries shortly after I joined ECF. It was one of my favorites. Every time I go back to that tower, I look for it. - I used to really be in to tube mods. Not so much any more, though. My feeders have taken over my vaping. Other than my triple-v and one of my rough stacks, I rarely touch a tube mod any more.

Yes I do get to vape at work, as a matter of fact we have 3 departments that vape its awesome! Think of it here's 20 people who used to drive up the cost of our insurance and spend an average of an hour a day outside in the smoking area, now healthier, more productive and feeling good about it. Its like going to a vapers meet everyday, mods, tanks, huge assortment of juices being shared from each persons favorite, of coarse there are ECF discussions and all the info on new products and discounts. Pinch me, someone! " I'm in love I'm in love and I don't care who knows it! " . . . . OK, its late..

I vape at a law firm and I can't afford plumes of vapor above my desk due to clients. lol. I sneak puffs at times and blow the vapor downwards under my desk, or I say I'm taking a smoke break and vape away either outside or in a private office. Or I also go to the bathroom and vape in the stall. LOL. But my coworkers are supportive, although some may think I'm a lil weird but hey, at least I'm not smoking. :)

I work in a hospital lab. I vape through my whole shift. Stealth vapes when nobody else is around, or go into a large office space we have that nobody uses much. It helps that I work the evening shift and not many people are around. My coworkers don't mind it a bit and I've managed to convert a few people too!
