I've been smoking now for about one year. Started out on starter kits and lower wattage devices, like the E Leaf 10 watt and 50 watt. The EVOD e cigarettes and such. Went up to using the E Leaf 50 watt with an I Sub tank and it was ok. Then I got a Sigelei 150 watt and the Arctic tank, and it was pretty good I liked it a lot actually. Recently got a few more devices, like the Herakles and TFV4 most recently, and really started to fall in love.

But not long from this present moment, I realized something. When I was using the Genitank on my E Leaf 10 watt, I was saving, as compared to what I'm smoking now, a total of 200$!! It has a 2.4 ml capacity I believe, and I was smoking on it the other day because I was out of coils, and I realized it would take me like all day or more to go through the entire tanks capacity. Wow!

Plus, I must be honest; although I hate PG juices, it really tastes bad, I really love mouth to lung inhales! Probably more than I love the higher vapor production from higher watt tanks (aka the Herakles)! So I was going to ask a few questions.

Does a 50/50 VG/PG blend, the kind of eliquid they sale on the internet anyway, (that and the 70/30 and 30/70) work on my Genitank? It uses I believe the EVOD 2's coils fyi. It would be really nice to know that. Thanks.

Also, do you have any suggestion for a good tank? Beginner to intermediate. On my setup I'm on now, the Herakles/Arctic/TFV4, I go through about 15 mils of eliquid per day approximately, MAX, so. I would like to spend about the 2.4 mils per day. So I don't want an intermediate tank that chugs the eliquid. Maybe something that goes through about 3-4 mils would be fine. I don't want to spend a 5 mil capacity per day. And I'm a regular smoker fyi. I smoke all and every day.

I don't know of any of the beginner devices, so I would appericate a lot any information. I plan on searching youtube and some of the online stores, like Vapor DNA. But I really doubt I will find the information I need. So I need your help.

Good intermediate devices would be fine, 4-5 mils that is. But I'd prefer some power beginner tanks. I know there are some out there. 3 mils MAX. And I mean max.

Thanks for any information, and discussion.

I never owned a Genitank, but I still have and occasionally use a couple of Aerotanks, which are essentially the same thing. Even those used a lot of juice compared to my Nautilus Mini. If your primary goal was to conserve juice while chain-vaping (I'm assuming that's what you meant by "smoking") then there are worse ways to go. The flavor production is pretty good, but it might take you a while to get used to the tighter draw.

Sounds like you're at the point where you should start to DIY eliquid...

I vape 10-15ml a day at the cost of a maybe 20-30 dollars a month, could be a lot cheaper if I did simpler juices though, it's definitely cheaper in the USA though compared to Canada...

I miss my genitank, I had a Kanger iPow2 and a genitank, broke the glass on the genitank and got the subtank mini after that and have been using it since, the coils are easy to rebuild which is great! I still use the original coil shells from when I bought it in my rotation...

I've often thought of going back to a simple setup and upping my nic, clouds are great but my juice consumption is way high, at one point I cut my nic from 6mg to 3mg and I was up to like 20ml a day, wonder how much VG we can clear out of our lungs in a 24h period?

All you need is an Evod. Open up the airflow and rewick with cotton. Great vape! In the base of the tank drill all three of the air holes out to 1/16". Drill the hole in the positive pin to 5/64". Wick the coil with KGD. You'll be amazed at the vape. 3.5-5ml day vaping all day long.

If you want to extend the life of your juice, try to stick to single coil setups. I'm a huge fan of the Protank 2 with Aerotank base (frankensteining tank parts here). I vape continuously and go through 4 - 5ml per day at most.
+1 especially if you rebuild the coils and use kgd. Have tried close to a dozen different tanks, but always come back to this set-up.

I agree with the Kayfun suggestion above. :thumb:

I hope this doesn't come across the wrong way, but I would respectfully ask you to not refer to vapor as "smoke" or the act of vaping as "smoking".....because it is neither.

One of the larger hurdles our vaping community faces is to educate the general public that vaping is not smoking, and the expelled vapor is not smoke. It does make it more difficult when we have vapors themselves who refer to it as smoke, or smoking.

Thanks for understanding. :)

u wanna conserve juice? switch to RDAs. easy as that. I dont work. I have to make my juice last as long as possible... i HAVE to use RDAs and dripping... it isn't a choice i've made, it's a necessity. ;) so, i do recommend RDAs for conserving juice!

Instead of RDAs I prefer RTAs. Lots less spilled and leaked juucs.

Another thing they can do is use higher ohm coils.

I would skip Kayfun. Kayfun 4 is too complicated (a lot of parts) and because of it often has problems. Earlier Kayfuns are not comfortable. Instead of Kayfun I would recommend Taifun GT2. About the same quality of vaping (or better), very easy in serving.

I didn't care for the Taifun. Didn't like the wick being so high off the base.

With my Silverplay Nano I put the tsils to the bottom of the juice wells so I can almost the last drop of juice in the tank. I wicked the Goblin Mini the same way.

The best MTL device are the Kayfun Lite Plus, the Taifun, the Genesis tanks like Sat22, etc.
