Heard yesterday that Indiana has passed a law banning smoking in public parks. That includes vaping under the heading of "all other forms of smoking".

Indiana has some history when it comes to vaping regulation. They passed a very restrictive law concerning juice a few years ago, with bipartisan support. That got nixed for legal reasons but it suggests this latest one is likely to be the first salvo in a new crusade.

I saw a spiel in the opinion section of our local paper a few months ago. Someone wanted to ban smoking and vaping while driving. It started out because someone dropped a cig on the floor and rear ended another car while they were trying to pick it up. Vaping had to be included because drivers couldn't see through the fog. I think it's already banned if you have kids in the car.

Was it Indiana? Or the City of Indianapolis?

That dropped cigarette could just as easily been a dropped french fry. Are they going to ban eating in cars?

    No Worries.

Seems like Everyday we are getting Hit from about 27 Angles. Easy to get One of them Mixed Up.

One brick at a time, the wall just gets higher and the holes get filled in. Guess they could have closed the whole deal down in a single move. That would have painful for a moment but the way it's happening is worse because it's gone on for years and could go on for months or years more. I'm numb to it now though. Got everything I needed long ago.

A town near mine has. There are signs by their fast food drive-thrus. Didn't catch-on elsewhere.

What's the point of of a drive-thru, then? The nanny state is going to get us in the end, whether it's vaping, or eating, or even breathing.

A province in Canada is banning the usage of a vaporizer while driving because the screen is distracting.
