I've found that the amount of cigarettes per day does not necessarily relate to milliliters vaped per day. Some who use to smoke 2 packs a day and up vaping 2ml per day. And some 10 cigs a day smokers end up vaping 5ml per day. I've seen this @ any nic % strength.

Since "smoked nicotine" and "vaped nicotine" are absorbed differently (I think), I theorize that some people are able to "absorb" more using smoke than vapor. Ergo, needing more vapor than smoke. But that's just me trying to make sense of it and I could be totally wrong.

G.D. Sample packs! If you're vaping too much now, DO NOT order a bunch of new flavored juices. It is impossible to sit and look at a bottle that you haven't tasted and not drip a couple of drips into the old atty.

If you think you're vaping too much, you must have found the right hardware setup and located your flavor(s). You lucky dog.

Watch out for headaches, sore throat, nausea, and the runs. If you get these symptoms, back it off. Otherwise, I've read in many articles and posts that you would really have to try to nic overdose.

VAPIN' was here..... Where might he be next?

I found that for the first two weeks into vaping I was rarely without my ego in my hand. I bought some 12mg juice and thought that maybe I was vaping so much because I wasn't getting as much nicotine as I was use to with analogs. I bumped it up to 18mg and the first few vapes made me dizzy and I've been trying to cut back on the usage.

I think I may need to knock it back down because I still enjoy chain vaping. I don't have dizziness anymore (it was only the first few vapes on that level) but I don't want my body getting use to a higher level either.

I too vape nearly constantly and its been a month and a half without buying a pack of analogs. The problem I had originally was that cigs have a time limit and the ritual/habit was contained in that few minutes. With vaping there isnt really a trigger to stop. Then it tastes better and doesn't make you feel bad like chain smoking. I recently read that vaping delivers the nicotine more gradually than analogs do.
