Hi All, Im new to this site, joined over the weekend. Name is Richard and i come from the UK.
I just wanted to see how many of you guys and gals here are hooked on vaping. Over the 4 years ive been vaping, i have aquired approx 85 different mods and approx 110 different tanks, RBAs and RTAs etc.
It has become rather an obsession with me ( i dont think so but my better half does).
Im always looking out for the new mod and tank to come out.
Hopefully im not the only one lol.

Glad that you've joined ECF. @Letitia

I was a "collector" in my first couple of years vaping. Probably a dozen mods and at least 3 dozen tanks. I've since learned to pick & choose better by doing research prior to purchasing. Once I found a couple of battery mods and tanks that worked for me and the way I preferred to vape, I didn't have an obsession for purchasing "more".

But hey, if collecting helps you keep off the smokes, who am I to disagree? :)

    Hi mate,
That sounds like a right proper hobby to me.
You are going to need a shed!

    Cheers

@Baditude you laugh I know. Come on over and we'll get you out the rut you're in, guaranteed.
I'm in a "very happy place" concening my current mod and tank. I'm usually still on the prowl for new flavors that I might like.

I worked on the principle of using the money i was saving on the cigs to aquire a good collection of mods etc. Got so many now i cant possibly go back to smoking lol. Have some great mods and tanks, some are works of art.
Yeah, I used to follow that principle, too. It got to be a case of diminishing returns for me, though.

I'll agree about some mods and tanks being "works of art". Case in point in my collection.

Hi Izan, best hobby ive had in years. I have a big desk and my mods and tanks take pride of place. They do take up rather a lot of space, especially having the spares to go with them all.
Only thing thats getting worrying is ive given some of them names lol. Think i need to get out more lol.

And why not? People do this with cigars, pipes, or that new phone that just came out. If it makes you happy, and keeps your from smoking in the process, and you pay your bills, then more power to you.
