I think there maybe some kind of substance on the blank cartomizers that are causing some of my issues. The last 2 orders of blanks seems to have something sorta greasy like on the packing inside the carts. Is it something to keep the packing moist, I don,t really know. I love vaping but I got a stop and see if the panick attacks stop. Thanks to everyone for your great Input.

When I first started vaping a few weeks ago, I used 37mg and way over did it! I was nervous and had the worst headache! My hubby did the same thing and it made him sick!

We cut down to 24mg but I'm thinking of getting some 18mg for the
nights we watch movies and vape ALOT!

Good luck and I hope you feel better! Panic attacks are awful!

A question and a suggestion.

Are you currently taking any meds? Antideps, mood stabilizers, antihistamines, sudafed analogs, phenylpropylamine, adderall / ritalin? These, and many more, can occasionally cause side effects with nicotine. Sometimes the addition of caffeine can synergize with other psychoactive substances and amplify symptoms of anxiety.

See a doctor. Preferably a psychiatrist specializing in anxiety and mood disorders.

I'm having the same problems. Here's what I think, but this is only in my case, just thinking you may be similar from the sounds of it. I think it has to do with blood sugar. Here's why, I've always been close to being hypoglycemic. I'm not, but low sugar has negative affects me. If I don't eat right my sugar bottoms out. Not enough to end up on the floor, just enough to have side affects. Here's how it feels to me. First I start to get what feels like a anxiety, then a little later I start to get I little shaky. At first I couldn't figure out about the high anxiety, that started happening way to often after quitting the stinkies & vaping like a lab monkey. Any way I've starting reading about vaping & diabetes. Seems that vg will/can cause suger swings like a roller coaster. Now when I have those attacks I go for orange juice which seems to help a lot. Seems to level out my sugar. I think the liquid/vaping is making my sugar spike, then crash. I'm about to get a test kit so I can actually start testing my levels just to see what going on & what I need to do 'cause I'm sure as heck not going to give up vaping.

As far as for me, it's not the nicotine. I could smoke kools non stop & some times even dip kodiak & smoke at the same time with out a problem. I have a high tolerance for nic.

I don't know. Just food for thought.

Hopefully my rambling makes a little sense & may be something to consider.

My panic attacks started when I used patches. Had 2 on AND had a cigarette. Then boom, boom in my chest then a continuous rumble at high speed. Dropped to the floor and the heaviness and darkness and dizziness and dread overwhelmed me to the extent that I thought I was having a heart attack. Heart Beat was 130 with skipped beats. Complex Tachycardia.
After 9 days in hospital, I was diagnosed with Panic Attacks. This was 15 years ago.
Now I'm on 16mg eliquid and no more panic attacks.

What causes fast heart beating is the nicotine. I don't understand how some people say they vape for an hour, when I vape just like the way i used to smoke. 12 cigarettes a day.
Other thing that impact me is to see some people vape 36, 24, 18, mg I can't even vape 16mg because scratches my throat.
I feel good vaping 13, or 14 mg.

If you vape 12 mg take long drags for about 8 seconds and then inhale the vapor, that will give you a good throat hit and calm down your craves. (anxiety)

I'm well acquainted with panic and anxiety attacks from well before I started vaping, unfortunately. However, I have not noticed any occuring when I vape moderately. But if I vape very heavily with 24mg. juice, I'll get flushed, sweaty, nauseous, and my heart will start racing, along with strong feelings of anxiety. So I try to just be quite moderate about it - at least when I can.
