Found this survey from a positive news article out of the Tampa, Fl area posted by another ECF member. I think it's an opportunity to provide useful information to the medical community on our experiences with vaping. It only takes about 15 minutes to complete the survey. It also provides an additional educational opportunity for those in the Tampa, Fl area for further participation.

me too, but since I vape 20ml a day, I figured I was over 5.
