I am new to all of this, analog free and vaping like a madman since last Monday.
So far this is keeping me off the smokes a lot easier than I thought it would and I am very pleased about this ( former pack a day guy)
My concern is I feel as if I am vaping too much, not that I am having any ill effects from it or whatever but I don't want to start either.
I am probably using 1 full mini pt2 a day of 100% VG from virgin vapor @ 18 MG nicotine. Does anyone think this is heading down a bad road or am I ok? I just know I was smoking several in the a.m. and then leveling off to about 1 an hour but with the vape I feel as if I am constantly stoking it.....its just so convenient and tasty!

everyones experiences are different. I have been analog free nearly 1 month, and I vape all the time. Home, car, work, etc.
I dont monitor my juice usage, and I only use 12mg, and I feel great.
At some point, try a bottle of juice with less mg, see how you do.
Everyones results will be different. Main thing, stay off the analogs!

I also vaped a lot when I first started but honestly a mini pt2/day is not that much. If you're not feeling satisfied though you might want to up nicotine to 24 mg. I just honestly really liked it and for the first few weeks vaped like crazy. I've slowed down now and vape probably between 2.5-3 ml per day, most at 18mg nicotine. As long as you're not having ill effects, don't worry, enjoy being smoke free. Also, not sure here but, unless your allergic to PG, you might want to use some in your mix, I think it gives better taste and vape than 100% VG. Congrats on quitting analogs, keep on vaping to your hearts delight :vapor:

Depending on my "stressers", my ejuice flavor, or what I may be doing, I will vape a little or a lot. I can range from 3ml to 6ml a day, mostly 11mg nic, sometimes 18mg. I've got 4 PT2's loaded up with my favorite juices and switch from one to the other throughout the day.

But, honestly, isn't the whole point to keep you happily cig free?:)
I started in January at 24mg nic, and have seen a progression to a lower nic level which, for me, is awesome.
Vape on!:vapor:

Ditto robo74 here...
I recommend you dont bother measuring at this point in time- just do what you feel you need to satisfy the cravings.
Yes, Everyone's different, BUT...there seems to be an agreement that the strongest urge/craving for a cig only lasts about 5 minutes or less. SO if you vape through that , then you've hit the goal!
Im one that tapered the nic. down the road, well after I'd lost any desire to go near analogs.
Hang in there, it gets easier - the trick at this point is getting a healthier form of Nic into the system without all the other crap.
Keep in touch, ask away...ECF's open 24/7.
Cheers:toast:

Now that is a matter of opinion and personal preference my friend ... In a perfect world I would vape 100% VG all day, everyday, and the only reason I do not is because some tanks do not wick well with 100% VG, so I have no choice but have at least 30-40% PG in my juices.

And for the record, there are some juice vendors that advertise 100% VG juice that is actually anything but that ... I DIY, but out of curiosity I ordered some vendor made 100% VG in August ... what a lie, that juice was so watery, and thin ... absolutely not 100% VG. To the OP, I was actually surprised to read that you are using 100% VG in a mini PT (which I have also, and is one of my favorite JDS) because I cannot use anything more than 50% VG in mine. When I used an 80% VG juice in the mini, it wouldn't wick for the life of me.

At the rate you are going at this ... yes, you should be very concerned ... what you are doing is going to lead to ... lots of VapeMail.

As for vaping too much? ... don't worry, your body will tell you when to slow down.

Its from Virgin Vapors and they do add some DW, which is listed on the bottles ingredients.
I tried MFS.com and 2 of their flavors and they are about to hit the trash can. I think I am more of a mild flavor person.

Short answer NO you're not heading down the wrong road. In fact, you're on the right road. You'll find your Zen spot after a few weeks of vaping. Vaping is considered two magnitudes less harmful than smoking (100 times less harmful). And you're vaping what 2 mil a day? I think you're just fine and keep up the good work! Welcome to the Forum and thanks for posting. Good luck, power up and vape on!

well to start off and get the kit is why the first month is so much money than what people expect :p after you get what works. its all fluid ad tanks and coils. personally i love 4 tanks. to switch back and forth ;3 after you have what youre good with. its cheap as hell xD

Yeah, I'm not complaining about the cost at all. I have 2 tanks, a few liquids, a 5 pack of spare coils and 1 battery.
I know once I settle in it shouldn't exceed more than $50 a month tops. which is less than half of what I spent on analogs
