When I stopped analogs, I used my PV like a pacifier to keep me away from the analogs, now I do it because I went a little nuts bought a ton of different juices, made a few of my own that are no nicotine straight VG and flavor. I normally have 3 going at one time all with different flavor, toot on this one then a few minutes later the other flavor and then the other....maybe in time I will slow down but they are all so darn tasty ...lol

A pt tankful a day is moderate vaping in my opinion. I vape at least 8 ml a day, sometimes up to and beyond 15 ml in a day. But then I vape at high watts which consumes much more juice. As long as you feel fine and have no adverse reactions to vape, I wouldn't be the least bit concerned. I vape 80% VG, 12mg nicotine, 10% flavor, and at 15 watts. Fortunately I have several large capacity tanks, so don't have to refill often and swap the different flavor juices that I have in each tank.

What in the world is a passthrough? I have heard that several times but not sure what it is.

A passthrough device is one that has a USB charging port built into it. Makes it easy to charge and I can vape while it's charging. Also you can connect the eVic to your PC and make adjustments/vaping use.

Here is how my passthrough works,

Greetings; As NiNi mentioned, one mini tank per day doesn't sound like too much. I refill my 2 Ml tank at least once a day, sometimes more, and I don't consider myself a vape fiend.

I guess it would be easy enough to compare the amount of nicotine I used each day when smoking vs the amount of nicotine vaped per day these days (the only difficulty would be taking into account the different nicotine absorption rates between smoking and vaping), but I just can't be bothered. I feel way better physically since I switched to vaping, and that's what matters to me.

Regards
Glenn

I love my passthrough. I use it most of the time. Mine plugs into the bottom instead of side like previous poster. But I think if I get more batteries in the future they'll all be passthroughs. I did not like having to wait to vape lol

Yeah that does seem pretty handy. I don't think I have ever had to wait more than a hour to recharge though so it isn't too inconvenient for me to wait for it.
I might have to check out some PT batteries for my next purchase.

I'm now about 11 months into this vaping thing. Haven't had an analog since my first blu ecig at the end of December. I too vaped hard and heavy at first. Over the last 3 months its really slowed down. At first I had my PV all the time, now I pick it up about every 30min and have a puff or two. Once you get some experience under your belt and you really hit your stride things level off. For me I found what and how I liked to vape, then I fine tuned it. Now every puff is perfect and satisfying.

I vape somewhere between 3 and 5 ml a day. If I vape my juice in a carto, it's less. If I vape an Evod or a Protank, it's more. Tanks seem to go through juice a little faster than a carto.

I've been tobacco free for more than a year and a half and I dropped from 40 a day down to 6 the first week of my 3 1/2 year journey into the ecig.

Most sources say that we get somewhere between 10% and 30% of the nicotine in vaping that we absorbed from smoking, so you are probably vaping more than you smoked. It gets better as you go along and reach a balance point. The transition is why many vapers call their ecig a pacifier.

The unbiased testing labs say that vaping is magnitudes safer than smoking. IMO, it's a nicotine substitute with few ingredients and without the 4000 unnecessary chemicals produced to vaporize nicotine from tobacco. I look at it as a clean way to satisfy the nic urge. Nicotrol inhalers from big pharma work in a similar way to your ecig, except you don't get the huge nic hit each time you vape.

I too Vape all day and into the night. Sleep with my E-cig in bed with me and even take hits when I wake up throughout the night. I started vaping to get off a 5 year Nicorette habit and was way overusing the gum...so started at 36mg nicotine and now I am down to 24. I too have no ill effects. I say vape away, all day as long as you stay away from the analogs. Best of luck.
