Without a doubt, there are definite health benefits to giving up analogs.

I have in the past quit cold turkey. Things you regain this way: sense of smell. sense of taste. Improved cardio-respritory capabilities. Elimination of odors (breath, clothes, car, house).

How many of these benefits do you see when you choose vaping over analogs vs. quitting all together?

I went to my yearly doctors appt. last week. I have been trying to quit for 30+ years. Although my doc had never heard of the electronic cig yet, once I gave her the information I had about it her reaction was....although your still addicted to nic, it's still better than analogs. She said both PG & VG are pretty safe chemicals. She was glad to hear I choose not to use any liquids from China but thats just a personal choice I've made for myself.

All for me. As long as you don't over-vape which could lead to symptoms of too much nicotine (headache, rapid heartbeat, dizziness, etc) and as long as you buy juices with enough VG in them some the nicotine doesn't make your mouth, throat or lungs sore (for me that is 70pg/30vg juices - VG cuts the TH and adds more visible vapor)

All for me too. I love that i can vape in the house and the car and not have to worry about any smells. Any bad smells that is. I feel so much better since i quit 4 months ago. My sense of smell and taste came back. And my clothes no longer stink like smoke. I haven't picked up an analog since i got my e-cig in the mail 4 months ago. Absolutely love it! 75 VG 25 PG for me.
