I have read quite a bit. I know my rights, I know they are not given by any government in the United States. I know that privileges are not the same thing and are not spelled like you write it. Read the Constitution if you are still confused.
My time here is not the limit of my knowledge. There is quite a bit of historical data for the case law in this matter on CASAA's website. That has told me much of what I need to know. I am weary of talking to you, it is so very dull.

He does seem upset. I've been patient with him since he seems to be projecting his feelings stemming from the treatment by others onto me. I'm not seeing what I did to him.
The website shows you nothing. Shows you absolutely nothing. I was there, I been in this community for the last 3 years and I have seen a change. The change of noobs coming around here acting selfish as they have a right to do anything anywhere and there are no consequences.

No one is trying to troll or bully you at the moment. We are just trying to see where you are coming from and let you know where we are coming from. This is difficult when you keep deflecting.

This thread has wound it's way through multiple topics. The initial one I didn't comment on for a reason. But I am trying to get at the other topics because that subtext is the real heart of this issue, it seems.

Now, before you point out definition 2, keep in mind that if there are no indications that VAPING is prohibited, we are being considerate by not vaping right on top of people and blowing it in their faces, or letting child sized plumes of VAPE out inside. That is consideration. Like I said, not wherever, whenever; but wherever VAPING is not prohibited and you are not stepping on anyone's toes. And I mean that literally. If you are more than 10-15 feet away, then oh well because I will not make my own rights second to yours because you are one of those politically correct types that gets offended is someone laughs to loudly...

Oh, that beginning. Yeah, I don't see the relevance to why you have been defensive and hostile with me. Do I need to go back and bring up one of the here and now topics you avoided or can we have a real conversation without you belittling someone who hasn't been around as long as you.
The Topic of Vaping where Smoking is Not Permitted is Complex. There aren't any Clear Cut answers either For or Against.
I also know that the Quickest way to Make Friends or to Influence Enemies on the ECF is make Any critique of CASAA.
I notice this, the ones that actually agree that there should be respect for others and if asked not to vape, they don't vape. They speak their piece and move on. Respect!

Go back, I told you agree there are people that aren't respectful but I'm not one of them. I vape where I don't believe it will affect others. Why do you project that upon me?
I am trying to address the underlying issues but since you won't actually discuss anything with me directly and just keep deflecting I have no choice but to give up.
You could have had a constructive conversation with me but you chose to project your feelings from other's treatment in this thread upon me. That is the true disrespect.
If you are sincere I do apologize, but how you did that other guy regardless if you were wrong or right, that was just wrong. When I saw that, everything else you had said previously went out the door, even if it was in agreeance with me.

There will ALWAYS be a Small Militant Minority of Any Group who have that "I can Do Whatever I Want, wherever I Want" mentality.
But is that Reflective of the Whole? No It Isn't.
And I think it is Human Nature that Many People are Going to get Bent if they think that someone is Trying to Lump them into that Minority.

All I did to that other guy is exactly what he asked for someone to do. He said look up the definition. He was wrong. He continued. Yes at that point I pushed harder but it is one of the underlying topics I and other have tried to address. We are not smoking. What we exhale has not been shown to be dangerous. With how persistent he was being the only way to drive this home was respond with persistence.
Your apology is accepted. Now, the question I most wanted to start at was, do you think the Canton bill has a legal leg in regards to vaping considering the bill clearly states it is meant to keep tobacco out of the hands of children?
ETA - He did come across as a troll so I guess it was mean to just turn him over to someone who loves to torment trolls.
